Nail Clip 580 Wood Swiss Army 6 Function Pocketknife with Nail Clipper, Walnut Wood

I am rarely disappointed with a Victorinox product. They are know for making excellent quality Swish Army Knives and Cutlery. These are an excellent daily carry item that is very functional yet takes up very little space on your possession. You can easily fit these in your pocket, key chain or purse. They look very presentable for both men and women. The scissors on the Victorinox tools are the best in class. They stay sharp and are very functional. The clippers are the star of this tool. These are salon quality for durability, sharpness and use. They have a lot of torque and can cut through thick nail. The file is somewhat coarse and the tip is excellent for cleaning debris from under the nails. This is a very versatile kit that is very useful in my daily life. You can’t go wrong owning a Victorinox product.

The design of this Swiss Army Knife is exquisite. It will work as a worry stone because of the grooves in the super smooth wood. The nail clippers are sharp. These are what I used for my baby’s nails, because the metal is so thin, I was confident I wasn’t cutting into the quick. The scissors come in handy all the time. I don’t use the knife and file as much. You can drop this in any purse, it’s so small. I get immense value from this little tool.

This little knife is so convenient! I have it on my key chain and use it every day. It has nail care features as well as scissors and a little knife. Great for opening packages, cleaning nails, emergency nail filing, etc.

This never fails to be in my pocket. Having a very capable tool set, it does what it does very well. I've never owned one of these before, but now I will always own one. I can't imagine not having it in reach. It's the best money I've spent in a long time. You won't regret buying one.

Overall, this knife has the high quality construction one expects from Victorinox, and the compact size makes it easy to carry. The combination of clippers, nail file, and scissors is ideal for light duty grooming while on-the-go. The only limitation is that while they're well made, the clippers are neither long nor heavy, so they may not have quite enough leverage to cut thicker nails easily unless you soften the nails in warm water first.

Every Victorinox product that I own or have used I would highly recommend. The feel and use is of a quality product. This multi-tool was purchased to replace a smaller version from a different manufacturer which also has a nail clipper, but could never cut through my thumbnails except with a very, very hard squeeze. So it wasn't much more than a toy with a knife blade so small that screeners at a courthouse laughed at me and let me through allowing me to keep it on my person. I wouldn't count on that with this Victorinox. And I would expect that this would be confiscated by airport TSA agents. This is not a negative at all in my perspective. Just a caution to anyone who would purchase this item that you need to leave it behind or put it in your checked luggage. Some reviewers have lamented that it doesn't have a screwdriver blade. I share that lament but if you really need a screwdriver in your pocket at all times you could either purchase another product or modify the nail file on this, or just use the nail file as is, or buy a pocket screwdriver. You do need to be aware of the dimensions of this gadget, realizing it may cause issues if you put it on you key ring that routinely goes in your pocket. (The thickness is almost twice that of the one this replaced.) This especially becomes the case if your key ring already has two FOBs on it. One other ding on this product: The hinge of the knife is at the end the product connects to the keyring so it is a bit of an encumbrance when using the knife. I don't use it every day but when I do need it, it is a very nice convenience and makes its size an acceptable trial.

Love the Vic. Mail Clipper combo tool in wood. Fantastic pairing. Keep it on my keychain and next to my bed. If if need tweezers ands toothpick I just use my other 58 mm Vics that I keep everywhere.

Una maravilla de herramienta. Tiene una tijera muy funcional, una navaja pequeña y una lima para las uñas muy útil. Y la estrella, el cortauñas es sorprendentemente bueno. Funciona todo muy bien y con una calidad óptima. Si acaso una muy pequeña pega: la navaja y la lima están juntas y es muy fácil sacarlas ambas a la vez cuando solo quieres acceder a una de ellas.

É muito pequeno, discreto e com uma qualidade excepcional.
