I've been looking for a black floss for so long because it makes it easy to see any plaque/food that gets picked up. It makes sense because black floss will show what's in between your teeth better than white floss! I also have close contact teeth but this floss doesn't shred on me and fits in between my teeth comfortably. I also love that it has xylitol in it which also helps to prevent cavities. It's also an expanding floss but it doesn't expand too much which is perfect. I feel like it's actually cleaning the sides of my teeth well. I've gotten a few cavities in between teeth and this gives me peace of mind when I use it twice a day. Now I look forward to flossing and actually feel like I get everything out

My dentist recommended this floss and using it has been a game changer. I have always flossed carefully using standard floss, and thought that it was effectively cleaning between my teeth. But this floss, is much thicker than standard floss and is also black which shows food particles much more clearly than standard white floss. It quickly revealed how much more flossing I need to do to get things really clean between my teeth. Using this floss leaves my mouth feeling super clean and minty fresh, and is in another league compared to regular floss.

Best floss I’ve ever used. Makes flossing easy, as I only have to put it between my teeth once and it is OFFENSIVE how much plaque it removes. Compared to coco floss, or any other expanding floss, it’s the best. Nothing else comes close. Only thing is, if you have teeth that are tightly together (I still have a baby tooth, so there’s a spot that’s tight and hard to get between, and I’ve had some fillings) it can shred a bit, and it may get stuck there. It’s not difficult you just have to go again and it’ll burst out. Pun intended. No but seriously it’s worth having teeth that really feel clean.

Expanding floss sounded really interesting to me, so I thought I would try it. I'm so glad that I did. I love that the floss is black, because you can actually see the plaque you're removing. Something about that is so satisfying to me. The mint flavor is pleasant. I love how it expands in between my teeth. I can see and feel the difference. After one use, I tossed all my other flossers.

Good floss. I like that it is black because it makes it easier to see what i’m pulling out of my teeth. I think the whole “expanding floss” is a gimmick. I feel as though this floss is not significantly better than other flosses. I would buy again because the floss does not have a strong minty taste that I despise.

I'm a floss-aholic. I floss at least twice per day, and sometimes more often. I love having clean teeth and hate having anything stuck between my teeth. I have tried nearly every kind of floss, and have very strong opinions. I didn't expect to like this one, but thought I would give it a try. Turns out it's excellent. Now it's one of my favorite floss brands. The expanding floss really works well at grabbing everything. The black color just makes it easier to see what has been grabbed (most food stuck between teeth is somehow light colored). It glides in between tight teeth quite easily and does not shred easily. Comfortable and effective. The flavor is mild. I wish the flavor were stronger.

I love this floss. I’ve used Glide for years but it shreds too much so I decided to try something different that had good reviews. Burst stays in one piece and really cleans between your teeth.
