"Bottled in the USA", but then says USA, is the country of origin, in the description. I know not to order when a nutritional supplement formula says "formulated" in the USA, because that obviously means it wasn't made in the USA. So when I see "bottled in the USA", that same level of skepticism arises.... only to be put to rest though, when I see in the Product Details section, towards the bottom of the page, that the Country Of Origin, is the USA. Assuming this is the case, the label should read "bottled and encapsulated", in the USA, which in turn, means it should really read "made in the USA", because that's what bottling and encapsulating mean, in effect.... otherwise, just "bottled", would infer that the capsules arrive in the US, already filled and intact, and all they do here, is put the capsules into bottles. If they do encapsulate, and bottle in the US, than that would mean "made in the USA"... it doesn't matter where the ingredients are sourced from, a brand can specify "globally sourced ingredients", but still, it would be considered, made in the USA, as I understand.... this means that the ingredients, where ever they are sourced from, they are still quality checked according to US laws and regulations, but the product would still be considered, made in the US. So I don't like the inconsistencies I see on this here, and the description should specify, whatever the realty is. Having said that, this does appear to be an excellent, high quality, magnesium nutritional supplement. It has 10 different forms of magnesium, and more importantly, the various forms of magnesium, all add up to a significant amount of "elemental" magnesium... meaning the type of magnesium that the body can actually absorb and use, as I understand it. I've seen magnesium brands that will have 7 or 10 or however many different forms of magnesium, but at the same time, provide no measurable amount, no RDA amount, of elemental magnesium. Underneath the RDA column, on the Supplement Facts panel, it's all just blank, there is no significant amount of elemental magnesium, is what that means. It has to do with the broader forms of magnesium, where for example, the raw material might stipulate 1,000 mg's, of the broader type of magnesium, but it may yield only, say 100 mg's of actual, usable, elemental magnesium.... in other words, there is a lot of non-usable magnesium in such products.... it's the elemental magnesium amount that matters, when determining how much to take on a daily basis. There's one type of magnesium I'm familiar with that requires 2,000 mg's of that particular type of magnesium, in order to get 144 mg's of elemental magnesium, which 144 mg's is about 35% of the RDA amount, and that's the number that matters when determining the proper amount to take daily, it's not the 2,000 mg amount. That's how I understand it anyway, but I'm no expert, I've just read quite a bit on the subject. Anyhow, this magnesium formula is top notch and high quality, a serving size is only two capsules, and it contains the full RDA amount, of elemental magnesium, which is 420 mg's. This is ideal. Great product.

I love this product (and others like it) that have magnesium complexed to amino acids (improves solubility and absorption). I have noticed a difference in myself following magnesium supplementation, specifically around mood and sleep. As someone that gets really bad seasonal affective disorder, I need all the help I can get going into the winter months. I have only been taking one capsule once a day (don't want too much of a good thing, after all) instead of the two.

These magnesium complexes seem to be all the rage, and I haven't really done my research on why we have a 10 in one formula but I'm here for it. I sagged this bottle of sure bounty magnesium complex because I have been working to take magnesium at night to avoid restless legs and help with night sweats. I have been applying magnesium both topically with creams and oils in addition to taking it orally. I haven't seen the same benefits from this product as I've seen from other oral magnesium supplements they just really helped me sleep soundly. I take them at night before bed.

I have always loved taking magnesium. I find that it helps me sleep at night and assists with bowel movements. I would not say these ones necessarily have improved my bowel movements, but they definitely have helped me relax in the evening and I feel like I have been sleeping better since I have been taking them. I almost wake up feeling a little bit groggy because I think they work so well. They definitely are excellent magnesium capsules. I would recommend them.
