What's the lowest reading unit records? i have copd. on a manual pf meter i blow 180 to 240. this thing won't record anything for me.

The lowest reading I have blown on this is 240. I have never had a situation where it didn't record for me.

Can you use this without having a computer

Yes. I have severe Asthma and have to keep a record for my hospital. When i use it i do three blows. It show on the display when to blow into the device. After the third blow it will the highest blow you have performed. Then just turn it off. You don't have to set it up on a computer. I just record my readings in a diary for the hospital. Yes. The disc is in the box not the zipped case. I still use XP and it runs without problems. OS up to 8 are listed. No idea if it runs on 10.

Is it possible to use with disposable mouthpieces so that it could be used on a great variety of people? If so which mouthpieces will fit it?

Sorry, I know you can use interchangeable mouthpieces, but I do not know about disposable. Perhaps you could contact the manufacturers.
