After hearing of this supplement I was skeptical if it actually worked or not. I have been taking this for months now and here is what I have found. My mood has gotten a lot better, I sleep better, my vitamin level are at a good level, and I overall feel better. I used it as instructed by their pouring the amount from the dropper into my mouth and swallowing it. Or putting into a shake or green juice in the morning. It is easy to swallow since it doesnt take bad so even by its self is just fine to take. I would recommend you talk to your doctor before taking just to make sure you dont make your levels go too high but if you struggle to have your vitamins be at a good level this is a great option

I only started taking this once I found out that my MTHFR gene was heterozygous. I take 2/day and it has helped me be more energized when I wake up in the morning, but I've also been sleeping well and have a regular sleep schedule now since I started taking L-methylfolate. Personally it has helped improve my mood a bit more which I hope will continue as we get into the darker months. I don't notice a taste but I take it with a cup of coffee. The bottle is a nice thick glass and can reuse it for other things once empty. It's a fair price to me for this bottle as a 30 day supply. No complaints so far. If you're in a similar situation like me I'd recommend this brand.

In my opinion, this brand of folic acid is the most effective to keep my hair from thinning! It's the formula that works for me.

My 7yr old and I take daily. Im 44yrs old and it helps keep focused and my brain fog (mom of 6) has decreased significantly. For my son it helps his behavior a lot if taken alone but if taken with prescription medication for ADHD that normally where's off by 1-2pm till around 7pm and his crash outs are limited and more controlled. He even says he feels better that normal and doesn't want his medication. Within 1 month the difference I've seen is unreal honestly.

Easy to take with a great flavor! The only downside is that the dropper/ cap isn't child resistant.
