I liked the knife very much. already worked with this knife, very comfortable, easy. if you have a big hand and often you put your fist on the board, then this knife is made for you. (I often worked with not small knives and I had such a problem)

Super Messer. Habe das Messer seit über einem Jahr und es schneidet wunderbar. Die Klinge und der Griff sind super präzise und haltbar, Reinigung klappt top durch das einteilige Design und die Klinge lässt sich durch den weicheren Stahl immer wieder super neu schärfen. Würde das Messer immer wieder kaufen.
