Good quality and taste
Bought it to make a Shanghai soup called Yanduxian. It does have some smell but I think that's how this kind of bamboo shoots should have.The soup turned out great and tested authentic. Much easier to but fresh bamboo shoots and clean them myself. Will buy again.
