Manic Panic Powder Cream Foundation
I ordered this product and got it 2 days earlier than expected. The foundation works well. It goes on easy and smooth. It works much better than white face paints that I have used in the past. It makes you look naturally quite fair skinned. If you have a lot of blemishes or flaky skin, I would recommend taking care of those issues before using this product, as it doesn't do much to hide acne or dry skin. It doesn't seem to collect in my pores, and it feels rather light weight. The container is small, but I would purchase it again. I would suggest getting a powder to set it with if you need it to last longer.

Manic Panic rules!
Bought this for Halloween to be Morticia Addams. Used a primer, and then applied with a blender. Worked beautifully! Wasn't sticky and stayed put. I did use setting spray as well (this stuff is super blendable and your colors will smear if not set - so definitely be aware of that). I can see how one could use this everyday if you wanted to. No breakouts. I have really freckly light skin and it covered it without making me look crazy. Also, this is just a white base, so sometimes I use it if my undereyes are crazy dark for a light brightener before concealer, or if I'm going to do a crazy eye color, I've used it as a base eyelid color to make the primary colors really pop out! I used to religiously use manic panic in my teens and still love them! So happy to see they've still stuck to their guns and are still vegan and a wonderful company! Customer for life. : )

Smooth application but didn't really survive the sweat
I have severe hyperhidrosis so this probably isn't the common experience but let it be known I still sweat it all off even with matte moisturizer, proper priming, letting things dry (yeah right lol), a bit of powdering, and setting. The only way this might not happen is if I used a wheelchair/powerchair and didn't have to exert myself and get my immune system all angry by standing up which raises my heart rate a LOT sadly. If you're like me you might have it last for an hour or three if you're lucky but it was pretty much gone after I got out of the venue :/ Although I will say the Mehron Clown White lasted a little longer on my skin but not that much longer, it was greasier. With Manic Panic I decided to go light and smooth with my application and didn't really notice much greasiness at all. Using a little goes a long way and I like how it's not as overly dramatic and WHITE WHITE as some of the other clown white products if you smooth it out. You can achieve more of a natural goth/lowkey white with this. Seems to agree with my skin and didn't irritate it which is good - just wish it had more longevity as far as being chronically ill and perspiring goes, but such is life I guess. I did have oil-absorbing blot sheets on hand but when you're at a concert or something and actively trying to blot sweat you're more likely to opt to use a napkin because of the wetness on your face and just being in a crowd of people. And yes, I do wish it was a bigger container for the price but since I don't go out much it shouldn't be too much of a problem as far as usage goes. If you use it heavily and regularly you may run out quicker though

My new go-to
It's smaller than I expected it would be-about the size of a half-dollar-, but a little goes a long way with this! It's a smooth compact cream foundation that I find goes on best when dabbed with a soft sponge. The coverage exactly what I need for that lily-white look, especially when paired with my Manic Panic Virgin powder. It even takes well to the cheaper powder you can find at places like Spirit Halloween, which is nice. My skin in some-what sensitive, but I've had no irritation with this product as of yet. It goes on and stays on, but it will smear and transfer. I highly recommend a good setting spray. I'll definitely be purchasing this again in the future.

Works very well
This makeup marries everything that was right with the original Manic Panic pressed powder (I'm talking the stuff in the square compact from the 90s) and the MP white liquid foundation. It's extremely light, does not settle in creases, blends well (no foundation lines!), and gives you that beautiful pallid complexion you're looking for. Remember with this, however, that less is more - apply very lightly at first; if you apply too much, you'll look like a mime. You can always add more later, but it's pretty hard to make it lighter once it's already on too thick. You can use the Virgin powder to set it further if you wish, but I really didn't notice much of a problem with it rubbing off easily. I recently attended the yearly convention of a certain popular vampire RPG, and wore this every single day of the convention. I looked very convincingly undead without looking like a circus clown...sadly a few other attendees (all guys - all the girls were in the know about Goth White!) very obviously weren't acquainted with this makeup. Bottom line: this is the perfect makeup Goths of every stripe have been waiting for all these years. You'll love it.

Greasy, and Too Much$$ for Too Little
I bought this product because I am into the goth look and wanted that gorgeous dramatic look. Unfortunately I was less than enthused with my product. When it arrived and after I opened the package there were beads of liquid on the top of makeup. This did not put me off at first because this can happen if makeup, especially creams, are being transported in changing temperature. The package is also very very small for the price. I applied my toner and my base before applying the white foundation. It didnt look bad, but I had to put on a pound of setter just to make it look good. It was very greasy upon application, and I had to fight to blend it with my blender sponge. When the cream did dry is was not "velvet" but powdery and was not laying on my skin in a lovely porcelain but looked like the cheap white makeup you get from a Halloween store where its practically see through even if you put a pound of it on. Sure, it makes you look white, and looks good from afar, but get anyone close up and you look like you put dandruff all over your face. I tend to be on the dryer side of skin types, but I moisturize and have a good routine of skin care. TLDR: Cons: I, am fairly pale already but even I needed to do four passes to get that great Goth white. And even then it sat on my face like cheap horrible clown makeup. I have to use too much of the product to get the desired look. Its greasy upon application and does not dry "matte" in the traditional sense, very clingy/flakey looking. Does not set even after applying a ton of setting power, smears for days. Has a green undertone somehow. Pros: You can take nice pictures and look fairly decent, but I would not go out with this look. Marilyn Manson has a better Goth look. My skin type just might not be compatible with this particular brand, and if it works for you thats great! However, if you are on the dry skin side, maybe find a liquid white foundation and go with that as I know I have good luck with them.

Perfection
I usually use the liquid foundation, but decided to try this out instead for something new. The cream is somehow even better than the liquid foundation!!! This stuff has amazing coverage with a light layer and is the perfect shade for my needs. Can't recommend this enough for my fellow goths!

Worth it
My favorite for a night out at the goth club, love to pat on a semi sheer coat of it after applying some light lotion. Stays on all night with a setting powder and a setting spray, and the white can be matte if you use a thick application.

Great coverage and true white colour
Great coverage and true white colour. As someone with a very pale complexion when I need white I need white rather than my usual foundation.
