I've bought it multiple times and find it quite effective. It is strong enough and doesn't cause discomfort. It's a great antimicrobial. I've used it as part of my SIBO treatment. The smell is ok. It's easy to swallow and doesn't taste awful, because of the enteric coated capsule,the way tinctures do.
