I purchased a MacBook Air replacement screen in December and had it dropshipped to Costa Rica—a costly and complicated process. Less than two months after installation, the screen developed a thick black bar, rendering nearly a third of it unusable. I contacted the company on March 30th, well within the 1 year warranty. They admitted it was a hardware issue and promised to send a replacement to Costa Rica. Despite confirming my location early on, they later claimed Amazon couldn’t ship here and instead offered a refund, which I declined—I needed a working screen, not a refund. I asked them to please find an alternate shipping method because I coudn't afford to pay TWICE for the shipping for something that was THEIR fault (shipping alone was nearly the cost of the product and it was already going to cost me another 2-3 weeks to get it). They stopped responding. Earlier this week, the screen completely died, and I’m left without a working laptop—which I depend on for work. This isn’t an isolated case—apparently, many reviewers report similar failures. The company’s polite but ultimately ineffective support and lack of accountability left me covering the cost and logistics AGAIN for THEIR defective product. Their warranty means nothing if the product doesn't last even two months. I won’t buy from them again, and I urge others to avoid wasting their time and money.

Really great product with straightforward instructions. It's a bit of a process, but not so challenging and laptop is good as new.

Just finished up installation of this replacement screen. Immediately I can tell it's not 100% as bright as the original, but where the original falls short (its broken) this excels (its not). Instructions were very straight forward, as they're a direct copy and paste from the ifixit website. I did not use the tools provided but they appear to be decent quality and there's a surprising number of extras. Overall I'm fairly happy for the money, just wish it were brighter.

Bad quality products, only use for couple months then screen start blinking and dim. Can’t get no service after 30 days. Do not buy.

Got it in 3 days. The package was very well packed and come with everything you need as the ad. said. I used youtube (uber Geeks) video as installation guide, works great and easy, The paper guide comes with is not so good. The monitor is good but not the camera. The color is a bit off but if you are not use it for photo/picture editing you are fine. Apple ask $500 over + tax. I paid a bit less $200 with tax.

I bought this product a few weeks ago. I replaced the screen and no issues at the beginning, however last week one crack appeared in the middle of the screen and now all the screen went black. Their support and product reliability is really poor

Good product, replaced the screen myself in about 20 minutes by following the simple instructions and I’m no pc engineer

Easy enough replacement and worked well immediately after- however after just under 3 months this happened from very gentle use. Not cracked, just the screen underneath the glass. Quite expensive for a few only a few months.

Cheap and broke so easily , do not buy, and I have no way to get refunded
