Solgar Ester-c Plus 1000 Mg Vitamin C Tablets, 180

Cheaper than local chemist but price keeps going up. Product quality is very good as it's Solgar, it's a little difficult to swallow. Overall I feel this is better than ordinary Vit C and has made a difference to my defences throughout this past year.

For anyone wondering, these are pretty big (maybe about an inch long and fairly wide). They are really easy to swallow and don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste, but it's worth noting if you have any aversion to large pills! I've never really been one for supplements, but have been struggling with joint pain a lot over the last few months, so decided to give vitamin C a go and see if that would help. These have definitely helped strengthen my joints a bit and, maybe a coincidence, but my skin's actually cleared up too since starting these (I have tried a plain ester c supplement and didn't have that result, so guessing that's from the extras). I also have a little more energy. My stomach is prone to playing up so I have to be careful with diet and supplements, but these have caused absolutely no problem

The only issue I have with these is that they are so big, it hurts to swallow them.

Solgar always deliver great products. I recommend this one.

Picked this up for the immune boost. Ester-C is meant to be gentler on the stomach and longer-lasting. No weird aftertaste, and I haven’t caught a cold yet – though I’m not giving it all the credit.

Es un suplemento que merece mucho la pena. Yo lo tomo a temporadas, sobre todo en los inviernos para fortalecer el sistema inmune. Y la calidad de esta marca es muy buena, confío mucho.

Iba a comprar de nuevo la vitamina C Ester de 500mg (que es una de las mejores vitaminas C que he probado en el mercado ya que son de liberación prolongada y no irrita el tracto gastrointestinal como otras vitaminas C de otras marcas). Me di cuenta que esta formulación además de tener la misma cantidad de vitamina C Ester también de 500mg, incluye vitaminas A, B12, B6, D, zinc y los folatos que contribuyen al funcionamiento normal del sistema inmunitario. El packaging es precioso, el bote viene en una caja muy bonita. Las cápsulas son de tamaño mediano y se tragan muy fácilmente ya que son muy suaves y redondeadas. Esta formulación suele estar al mismo precio o más barato incluso que si compras solo la vitamina C Ester.

Llevo dos meses tomándolo y es un suplemento buenísimo prácticamente no tengo catarro por la alergia y me encuentro más fuerte
