Spigen EZ Fit Privacy 2P Screen Protector for iPhone 17 Pro Max/16 Pro Max

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality, Easy Install & Great Privacy – Spigen Never Disappoints I’ve been using Spigen products for years, and once again, they’ve delivered with the Glas.tR EZ Fit Privacy screen protector for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Installation was incredibly easy thanks to the included alignment tray — took less than 5 minutes and came out perfectly bubble-free. The fit is precise, edge-to-edge, and works great with my case. The privacy filter is exactly what I was looking for: it darkens the screen just enough to block side glances, but not so much that it interferes with normal viewing. It also doesn’t affect the touch sensitivity or clarity of the display. Plus, you get two protectors in the box for a very reasonable price — much better value compared to some overpriced “premium” brands I’ve tried. Highly recommended if you want reliable protection, easy installation, and solid privacy without compromising on screen quality. Spigen continues to be my go-to. Albeit I had a recent wobble and bought a different more expensive brand of privacy screen. (bad choice on my part).

I've used Spigen screen protectors before and this one lived up to expectations. The fitting tray made installation quick and I managed to get it on without any bubbles. The glass feels smooth and responsive, and the privacy filter works well for everyday use. I only knocked off one star because the privacy effect isn't quite as strong as some others I've tried, but the overall quality and ease of installation are excellent.

When it comes to installing screen protectors, I'm the clumsiest person you can imagine - so much so that I actually paid someone in the local shopping centre to put my last one on. That one turned out to be cheap and nasty, and scratched easily, so I bought this Spigen Privacy Screen Protector, based purely on my good experience with their MacBook, iPad and iPhone cases. I followed the instructions properly, took my time (roughly 60 seconds), and ended up with a perfectly aligned screen protector, with not one single air bubble. Visibility through the protector with normal use (i.e. looking at the phone straight in front of you) is as clear as with a naked screen. The privavcy angle is also fit for purpose. This isn't the cheapest brand here, but since I didn't try any other easy fit screen protectors for a few years, I can't make comparisons based on price, only on the end result of the fitted protector.

I have been a long-time supporter of Spigen’s privacy glass systems. I’ve used them for ages on my iPhone X, 15, and recently purchased the same one for my wife’s new iPhone 17. It provides a safety net from prying eyes, tumbles whilst maintaining full functionality! What I particularly like is how easy it is to fit the glass perfectly. The included installation guide and placement bracket, what I like to call the “fitting system”, make dust and fingerprint removal much easier during application. I’ve installed multiple screen protectors using Spigen’s fitting system and have only had one issue, which was due to operator error! Overall, this system allows us to browse safely while protecting our expensive phones. Both my wife and I use Spigen cases paired with the glass, which enhances functionality and edge protection. I’ve found the combination of case and glass to be very durable. If the protector cracks, you have a backup layer of protection. The fact that this system has saved my phone from some serious tumbles makes it worth every penny!

Screen protector does not fully cover my new iPhone 16 Pro Max - clear light leakage down the sides (see photos). Not so noticeable during the day, more so at night. I have a Case on which does minimise the leakage - it’s much more noticeable without the case. I would guess this is the iPhone 15 screen protector simply rebranded as the 16, which has bigger viewable screen area than the 15 (smaller bezels). Also the box just says “iPhone series” - no specific mention of 16. For this reason I’m giving 1 star. I will also enquire about an refund even though I have used 1 of the 2 protectors that came in the box. It is still a quality product though. The EZ fit system is foolproof, the protector feels really nice with no noticeable impact on the touch/usage (so far). Slight negative is that it darkens the screen, even when looking right at it. I don’t much like the privacy glass but couldn’t find a clear option.

Rarely do you find a product that is really 100%! I have just fitted this to my iPhone 16 Pro having tried a few others, the process is easy and the result perfection, not the slightest sign of bubbles under the protector or any marks. The privacy glass really works - straight on it has perfect clarity but anyone next to you just sees a black screen!

Only buy if you actually need a privacy screen protector. I thought I would try it out, however I much prefer the normal glass screen protectors. Why: - I buy spigen glass screen protectors because they don’t crack as easily as other brands. I found these ones not to last as long, presumably because the privacy layer takes away from the glass strength - General clarity is reduced from the privacy layer. There are tiny little lines from the privacy filter which you get used to, but I’d rather they were not there. These last comments are not my reason for 3 stars but I think worth mentioning: - This is very much a me problem but if you don’t need privacy you quickly realise trying to show anyone something on your phone is a pain in the a%# with it on. - Finally, also a me problem, but there is a weird stigma around privacy screen protectors? People make comments as if you have something to hide, like it is an obscure thing to own? It is however a good product if you need one, much like the normal glass screen protectors from spigen, the glass is scratch resistant and easy to install. Also leaves enough space for cases, at least for my Mous case which has a thick rim.
