Very study metal drawers, I purchased one to check how it would look on a desk I have built, and purchased another as they were exactly what I was after. Happy with the quality, very well made and a nice smooth slide action. The drawers aren't too deep, so perfect for under my desk - I don't get close to them when sat at the computer. Storage wise if you want to drop in an A4 notepad for example it would have to go horizontally but I am just using them for all the bits n bobs off my desk. There is no handle, just a smooth sort of lip under the drawer to put it open so some people might struggle with that. 4 supplied screws to fit, very easy process I managed with just a manual screw driver into the bottom of a wooden desk top. I purchased these whilst on offer, otherwise 2 would have cost more than the rest of my desk - but you get what you pay for and they are solid. I like the design with holes in the front of the drawer but my only niggle is that I would have preferred they didn't have the brand name etched in the front but I can live with that. The only other 'negative' being they are finger print magnets, but I would expect that being black metal. On the whole handy little drawers, well made, smooth with no sticking so far and not bad value if you can pick them up with an offer on.

I built an oak standing desk and wanted to add some storage to it. After searching the internet for options I came across Desktronic. It's hard to get excited about a drawer but upon arrival I was really pleased with the quality and usefulness of this item. Packaging - Very well packaged and protected upon arrival. Installation - Very easy to install, you just need to make sure you have a desk you can screw into. I marked up the holes by positioning the drawer and then added some pilot holes & screwed in. Took me 10mins max. Quality / Operation - The quality is spot on and the drawer smoothness when opening closing is very good. Feels premium and will certainly last. Size / practicality - I shared a pic with it full instead of empty. I have a large A4 notepad, pens, cables, even a tape measure and all fits nicely. I've overloaded it before and what's good is the drawer won't get stuck based on how it's designed so you easily know if it's overfilled. It may not be the most exciting of purchases but actually, I'm surprised by the impact it's had and aesthetically, it's perfect for my needs. I would recommend.

Good sturdy. Enough space to put you most used things and clear up the desk. Only issue is due to the predrilled holes when building the desk. Maybe I built it wrong but this storage sticks out a bit.

Very sturdy, looks like it could survive a nuclear war. Great for storing cables and thin items. I’d suggest the manufacturer mark drill hole positions on the cardboard so it can be used as a template, making the installation process easier.

The drawer is simple black colour with a modern looking design however, the drawer is only 3.3 cm internally. Perfect to storage cables, USB flash sticks, pens or M.2 enclosure. I wouldn’t put heavy items in it however, great for small things that you would need without using your desk space.

Its fairly priced for the quality of the product, its just large enough to store all the items which would typically clutter my desk.

the drawer is well made, nicely finished, and gives some useful extra storage space. The description says "easy installation" but this is only true if your desktop has a flat underside. If, like mine, it has a metal frame with a wooden top surface, then it requires a bit of DIY effort to fit some kind of spacers between the drawer and the underside of the desk - I used two strips of wood 25mm thick. It only has to be fitted once, though, and it's worth the effort.

I was expecting to receive this in pieces; a real Swedish DIY job. What I received was an incredibly well built, stylish, smart, and easy to install under desk drawer. If I had one criticism, it would be that there's no cable port at the back of the drawer. I would have liked to be able to run a cable through if needed. However, in terms of value for money and intended use I cannot complain. Fits perfectly on my small sit stand desk without interfering with the functionality. If my desk were a little bit larger I would likely buy a second one for the other side. Thoroughly impressed. Solid bit of kit. Highly recommend.

Very handy draw. All pens and other utensils are gone from the top of my desk and now I can comfortably found them in this drawer.

Je suis vraiment très satisfait de ce tiroir Desktronic. La qualité est remarquable, les matériaux robustes et le montage simple. Petite astuce pour faciliter l'installation : j’ai commencé par fixer le tiroir avec du scotch double-face pour bien le positionner et prendre mes repères avec un feutre. Ensuite, j’ai retiré le tiroir pour le fixer avec les vis, car le maintenir en place seul était compliqué. Cette méthode m’a beaucoup aidé. Je recommande vivement ce produit pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix.

solid and sturdy drawer

Mein Schreibtisch hat keine Schubladen. Diese Schublade kommt sicher verpackt und unerwartet schwer nach Hause: sie besteht komplett aus Metall, ist entsprechend stabil. Passende Schrauben sind dabei. Man zieht einfach die Schublade heraus und gelangt dann an die Befestigungslöcher. Die Schublade ist stabil, die Mechanik zum Ausziehen fest aber leichtgängig. Es klappert nichts, es wackelt nichts, das macht seinen soliden Eindruck! Zur Monate: wenn man nicht gerade den Schreibtisch herum dreht, braucht man mindestens eine zweite Person. Besser sind aber Schraubzwingen, mit denen man die Schublade zunächst erstmal provisorisch montiert und ausrichtet. Wenn man das getan hat, sollte man die Schrauben vorbohren. Achtung, nicht zu weit bohren, sonst ist man schnell durch die Tischplatte. Danach kann man die Platte mit den beiliegenden Schrauben fest befestigen. In der Schublade kann man beispielsweise einen 14"-Laptop ablegen, oder ein Tablet und/oder ein Notizbuch, zusammen mit Schreibzeug oder anderen Dingen, die man am Schreibtisch öfter braucht. Genau dafür hab ich die Schublade gekauft, und dafür ist sie sehr gut, deshalb fünf Sterne.
