Very sharp and has decent weight. OVERALL GOOD PRODUCT 🙌🏻

Knife is very nice. Very sharp. Tip can be used for stripping skin or cutting thin slices of chicken. The guard wobbles not sure if it’s a defect or a design though. Overall steel is nice. The cover is actually very cheap looking so I threw it off. To be used as a cutter but being light in weight not to be used for cutting bones of chicken or mutton. Worked well for fishes though.

Horrible design. For a blade this size it should at least be a full tang which this is not. Only about half an inch of metal with a rivet or hex nut holding it in place in an otherwise hollow, poorly molded plastic handle. Lacks weight that you normally would like when using with meat. Steel is also quite poor as it chips easily. Guard is very badly fitted causing wobble. Very dangerous to use with wet hands as often are in the kitchen. Blade is too hard making sharpening a nuisance and chipping very common when used on bone which is just dumb as the advertisement is targeted towards meat unless the seller expects people to only use it on boneless meat. The straight edge has practically no weight to it. The curved due to its shape still has some weight but it is too top heavy making it very uneven when striking down on a hard chunk. Not worth the cost at current quality.

For those who love katanas it is a beautiful and very sharp knife and very good not only for cutting vegetables but also for cutting meat...but The holster quality is trash 👎🏼
