Pilot Frixion 4 Color Ballpoint Pen, Champagne Gold Body (LKFB-80EF-CGD)

Love these for my planner(s). I Am able to color code or highlight with a brighter Or different color so important items stand out but do not have to carry multiple pens to do so. Ink is smooth and erases well. As with all erasable in pens (and I have tried many brands) the ink amount is minimal and runs out quickly. Refills fit, work well and are reasonably priced. Have ordered three more and I use different colors in each pen along with a black ink. They are comfortable to hold and write with. Really love these pens!!

I’ve been using this pen for about 3 months now. It writes smoothly in my Rocketbook and erasers without issues. I use both the built in eraser and the cloth provided with the book. I love having multiple colors available quickly. I actually end up using this as a fidget toy during meetings. It’s held up to multiple clicking and changing colors, just like the pens from the 90’s in grade school!! Would highly recommend!

Four ink colors, all erasable in one pen. Cute pen barrel, like the boujie color. Full size pen that writes smoothly. Makes it convenient to color code my work notes. The buttons switch smoothly between colors. It is a sturdy pen that for the variety was a good price.

The Pilot Frixion 4 Color Ballpoint Pen surpasses my expectations and delivers a satisfactory writing experience. The Frixion technology stands out for its exceptional visual contrast and smooth writing performance, all while providing the reassurance of erasable marks. The gel used in Frixion is comparable to or superior to other gel inks I have encountered. The availability of multiple colors is a commendable feature. However, I find the pen’s design somewhat unappealing, and the 0.5mm tips are too thin for my preference. I would appreciate it if the pen were offered in a 0.7mm tip size and had a minimalist design with metal clips, similar to the Uniball One gel pens (pictured).

These Pilot FriXion 4-color pens have become part of my daily routine at work. I use them as an inpatient med-surg nurse for reports and “brain” tracking, and the flexibility is fantastic—multiple colors in one pen, plus the ability to erase cleanly when plans change (which they always do). It keeps everything organized without the clutter of multiple pens. I keep a spare pen and extra ink cartridges paperclipped inside my folder (trapper keeper style with all my nursing docs), and they have held up well to daily use—including regular cleaning with hospital sanitation wipes. Also: they are just plain fun. A coworker was genuinely delighted to discover FriXion ink in a 4-color pen, so I gave her one—and ended up putting them in everyone’s Easter baskets this year. Too cute, and very well received. I now own seven… no regrets. A quick note: these are not for permanent or critical documents. The ink is heat-sensitive—my son learned that the hard way when his biology lab work vanished after getting too close to heat. For anything permanent at work, I stick with a Zebra F-701. In short: practical, flexible, and a little bit of joy in pen form.

Whilst they are my favourite pens, my only dislike is the quick usage of ink, but I order the different colour packages of refills at a time... I have the 3-colour ones (blk, red & blue and some with 4-colours (blk, red, blue & green) in the different fun colour casings ( wht, blk, blu, pink, gold... and I use them for everything for the exception of signing cheques and other legal papers since they are erasable. *happy ✍️*😁

I do love this pen. I did purchase this with the ink refills. I think each color had about 4 refills. I have the single-color pens, which I absolutely love. I will have to say I would probably not purchase again. I run out of ink quickly. I am already to my 2nd or 3rd refill and I have only had this pen a couple of months. I only use it at work (3 days a week). I usually use it to jot down small notes, so I don't feel I should run out as fast as I do. Other than that, it writes smooth and does not bleed or smear. I am a pen snob. It's fine point but not so fine it takes away how smooth it writes.

I have A LOT of pens. I don't like heavy pens and my hands are on the smaller side, so I also don't like really thick pens. I was a bit concerned how this one would feel, but it's great. I have other individual Frixion pens but ever since getting this one find it much quicker/easier to use for journal/calendar entries using multiple colors. Ink is super smooth and fine enough for my Hobonichi weeks format. Very happy. Would love to get another with different colored ink offerings.

Endlich mal eine andere Farbe außen anstatt Blau und Schwarz. Sieht sehr edel aus, schreiben und löschen super wie eh und je.

I am a nursing student and spend my days in class taking notes, and writing prep docs for simulation labs, this pen has been great for the long hours I spend writing. I could type notes but something about handwriting just works better for my study habits, and the size of this 4 colour pen has been great to prevent hand cramping. But it is pricey for a pen.
