Great aminos - work well.

I am an endurance runner and I definitely notice a difference. It is hard to describe. Muscle recovery seems to be more efficient than before. I take 3 with dinner after runs/workouts; I am pretty small so I assumed I could get away with a smaller dose. I don't smell anything but I'm also not sticking my nose in the bottle. GI-wise, nothing changed - no 'clean out' and no issues either. 5/5!

I take this on the daily because nutraceuticals are essential vitamins and minerals you don't always get every day if you are a busy person like I am. It's a great supplement.

This amino acids supplement works well and seems effective, but the taste is not great. It mixes okay in water, but the flavor is a bit unpleasant compared to other supplements I’ve tried. Aside from the taste, the quality feels solid, and it seems to deliver the benefits I’m looking for.

I bought this supplement after seeing ads for a supplement called BP-157 and doing some research to find out what was in it. I had heard so much about these peptides that I had to check them out. My research wasn’t promising. First, the ingredient list wasn’t some magic peptides, it was amino acids, which made sense because taking any kind of protein orally was going to result in your body digesting the protein down to amino acids anyway. Then I couldn’t find any actual studies showing that these amino acids did anything beyond what you learn in biology class that they do. Add in the fact that most of the companies selling them as peptides are charging crazy prices, and I decided to skip it. Then I found these amino acid capsules and decided to give them a try. I’m into my second bottle, and I can tell a difference in how I feel. I’m trying to avoid hip surgery, and I can now put my own sock on, I can walk a couple of miles or push my lawn mower. I feel better than I thought I would, and the only thing I changed was taking these. I started with 2 capsules twice a day for a couple of weeks, then 1 twice a day. I’m going to keep taking them. I’ve worked in a hospital for 20 years. I know these kinds of things don’t work. But this one does.
