Im trying to weigh out perfume. I was told i needed a scale that goes to .001 accuracy. This scale says that it does that. But the measurements are off. I have a specific volume in one bottle. Im supposed to have the same volume in another bottle, yet the volume is different in each bottle. This scale is completely unreliable. I would not buy this. Now- im screwed because the return window is closed. Do not buy this. It might be accurate for a short time. But not a long time. Its only march 22. Ive had this since the end of February. Now i have to spend more money to get something that hopefully will be more accurate. I have a picture. Both of these are supposed to be 90g in each bottle according to the scale. Clearly its different.

I use it for counting coins and it is amazing how accurate it is. Even with hundreds of coins on it in a bin (which I tared out) it STILL recognizes and counts a single one added!! I expected some small natural error, which I am ok with since it saves me a lot of time counting, but never expected it to be THIS accurate. Hope it maintains this accuracy, or even close to it, over time.

I needed a scale that was x 0.001g accuracy. I selected and ordered the option that stated it was such from the product listing. However upon arrival it is only 0.01g. The product detail page has inaccurate information all over it. In some spots it does mention the 0.01g but I didn’t look for that detail because I selected the option that said 0.001g and trusted it. Aside from that, seems it would be a good scale. A lot of interesting features. Seems like it would be good quality and the tray comes off so easy to clean. But don’t bother if you truly need 0.001g and read carefully because you can’t trust the listing selection option.

When I first saw this listing, I was actually dubious that the scale was of good quality for such a price, especially since other listings of similar scales were much higher. The scale arrived yesterday, and I calibrated it and tested with quite a few things, and also did a reaction with it. It measures reagent mass properly, and is of the same quality as other scales that have a higher price. I'm not sure how long this listing will last so I do recommend it while it is still here lol/if you need a scale.

Its pretty good, but I bought this for the precision of the scale and I fear that the accuracy takes a hit. I noticed that often times it will read inconsistant results on values in the hundredth place, for example the same size drop will sometimes read as .005 and sometimes as .010 - other times, it was first read as .005, but then randomly go down to -.003, then back up to .008, and just oscillate in that range forever. It seems to me that they might be using a load cell rated for .01g, but forcing it to work at .001g. The build quality is serviceable but cheap, but the internal parts are another story. Sometimes it will slowly increase its reading for no reason. I tested this by weighing something, and then leaving for about 8 hours with the scale still on. By the same I returned home it drifted a full quarter of a gram heavier than when it started! I get the clear impression that it’s not a very empirical tool. I’ll need to replace this ASAP. Would not recommend for anything but casual measuring.

Not the easiest to clean but really good functionality for the cost.

The scale appears to be good quality, the low rating is because batteries don't seem to last very long - with rechargeable AAs, they need to be swapped out every 2 or 3 days (despite very light usage). I gather this is because of voltage dropping.
