LOVE IT
I’ve purchased this faucet for two kitchen jobs so far. My clients both love it and so do I. It feels a little light to the touch compared to some other brands and styles, but otherwise it’s beautiful and functional. It’s one of the only champagne bridge faucets around and I’ll probably use it again.

Faulty nozzle and leaking
Beautiful design that we loved upon installation. However, after about 10 months of usage, the hose stopped retracting correctly. At 11 months the faucet started leaking from the top where the nozzle comes out of the hose. We are now at 12 months and the faucet is leaking down below the sink. We were fortunate enough to find it in time before there was water damage.

Replaced my expensive, Made In Italy Riobel with this faucet and it's much better in terms of pressure.

Caution! This faucet is poor quality!
Do not purchase! This faucet started leaking after 6 months of installation. Water under floor, need to remove cupboard and floor now to replace it all - Now, 14 months later.....>! This has been a very frustrating and challenging time as our expert plumber could not repair this faucet to make it work without leaking. The parts are mediocre quality and unrepairable.
