Innacurate
I’m a physical therapist so we have the $300 dynamometer to record grip strength on our patients. This only tells you your strength in kg. When I convert the kg to the pounds- it’s 45 lbs off from the professional one at work. Returning it.

Doesn't train at all. Buy real grip strengthener. I use 150lb to 200lb grip strengthener and this said my grip strength was 109.
