I always keep a bottle of this at home for emergency. 2 years ago, with no pre-symptoms and with no allergies issues, I suddenly found myself struggling to breathe. What a great product! It gets to work right away. First day I got it I only took 1 dropper which is 1ml but you can take up to 3ml. I was coughing up phlegm pretty good for like 2 days. I recently quit smoking and its hard to find a product that feels like its actually helping. Makes me want to keep going! Only thing I would say is take with caution, if you have kidney issues.

Doing a great job in clearing out mucus from the chest and breathing has improved as hoped.
