Looking to descale your Dolce Gusto Coffee machine. The Durgal water descaler does the job. Simple & easy to use by adding to the water tank & let the Dolce Gusto coffee machine run through the descaling cycle. This gets your coffee machine back up running properly after cleaning. Recomended clean every 3 months.

No English instructions...... In mine anyway
There was no English instructions. Okay it had illustrations of how to prepare the solution etc but it was not the most easy to fiqure out as it showed illustrations of sections I don't have on my machine. And it did not make it 100% clear. I had to search online which really isn't practical for some people. And some really would struggle to understand the illustrations..... So I give it a 3 star. I think I used it correctly but god only knows if I have.....

Dolce Gusto Picalo. Try the back of product for a needle before buying anthing else.
I'm not sure if the product worked or if it was after going on You Tube for instructions, I found out my Picalo had a needle in the the back to unblock the water!
