This is actually the third Tapo outdoor camera I have in my home, and that probably says more than anything else about how much I like them.The camera has been great so far. The 2K QHD image quality is sharp, the pan/tilt functionality gives me excellent coverage, and the color night vision is a really nice feature when you need to identify what is happening after dark. Motion tracking is also very useful for keeping an eye on people or vehicles without having to constantly reposition the camera yourself.What I really appreciate, though, is the Tapo ecosystem as a whole. Everything is very easy to manage from my phone, and there are plenty of options for customizing how the cameras behave. Adding another camera to my existing setup was straightforward, and having everything accessible from the same app makes managing multiple cameras incredibly convenient.There is one thing I genuinely dislike: the Away/Leave mode could be much better. I wish there were an easy way to automatically switch to Leave mode when I leave home, or at least have a simple button/shortcut to activate it manually. For a smart-home ecosystem that is otherwise so flexible, this feels like a surprisingly important missing feature.Other than that, I have very little to complain about. Great image quality, excellent coverage, an easy-to-use app, and a very convenient ecosystem. The fact that this is my third Tapo camera should make it pretty clear that I am happy with the product.
