I have been using Windmill Magnesium 400 mgs for years . These do the job of stopping cramps in my legs and feet. Another thing I like about these is they are gentle on the digestion tract.

Taking as a laxative

Mag oxide & B6 taken together dissolve & prevent kidney stones, & also increase urine output & pressure. I love it! ;-) I have to take this combo a few times a year. I take about 400 mg. mag oxide w/ 10-50 mg. of B6/ day. Google it, there's much more info to back it up! :-) I first heard about it over a decade ago by Dr. Clark/ curezone.
