Good stuff
I do a lot of festivals selling artwork and it can be very hot and I get dehydrated. This keeps me steady by keeping my electrolytes in check! Good price, works fast, mixes easily on water and tastes great! Open add to water and stir. Easy peasy. Get my energy up too.

Addictive - in a good way
The tropical punch is my favorite of the Liquid IV flavors, and I find it somewhat addicitve. It's just sweet enough to satisfy that craving, and no caffeine, so I can drink it in the evening. As someone who sweats alot and doesn't love Gatorade, I find these very helpful and convenient.

Good stuff
I have POTS and drink 1 or two of these a day. This is a pretty good flavor. Good amount of electrolytes. Beware of drinking too many because if all the B vitamins. Don't want to overdose.

Must need for hydration replenish!
I drink tons of water and sweat a lot from working in agriculture, on days where I feel sluggish one of these really help refuel my system. Unfortunately one of the packages arrived torn, but all other were unopened.
