They are disposable, but I have re-used it before. It really depends how dirty the cover gets while you’re using it. The covers are made out of plastic.

What size table does this work best on?

It fits perfectly on 6-foot long tables, usually any typical folding table!

What are the dimensions of this when on a 6 foot table? Does it extend the game top to 8 feet?

It fits perfectly on a standard 6 foot table. The spots align for a 6 foot table. It can’t extend to an 8 foot table because the cup spots will then not be placed at the ends of the table.
