If sunshine, citrus, and a trampoline had a baby—it would be lemon Jell-O. This stuff jiggles so enthusiastically it looks like it’s trying to escape the bowl before you even grab a spoon. The flavor? Imagine a lemon that’s been sweet-talked by a sugar cube.
