Can it be used without a lid?

I would not use the cup unless the lid is on. My reason for this is the liquid can go out the side. If you put a hot liquid in the cup, the hot liquid will spill onto the resident and potentially burn the resident.

I have over a dozen cups but I am missing lids, is it possible to order just the lids!!

Hello - you can buy six packs of lids on Amazon. Search for B092RJBYBB (anti splash) or for B092PRVV5C (spout)

Do the lids screw on?

No the lids do not screw on. They press on and they fit on tight and snug. The lids come off easily and they are easy to handle with the two handles for someone having trouble with their hands or an illness which causes shaking. I highly recommend this product.

How many ounces does this cup hold? No one answered the question.

Thank you for reaching out. The Therapy Connection is an authorized dealer for this product. As indicated in the product description the cup holds 10 oz of liquid Hope this helps. Be well.
