I bought this kit back in October and after a month of use a part of the dryer broke off and I was not able to use it. I messaged Bondi Boost through email since there is no way to call them. They had me send multiple photos of the product and send it back and then they would send me a new one. I did that but I also had to buy a hairdryer for the meantime since I needed something. It took at least a month to finally get a product replacement and then after the first use of the larger round brush it broke and now I cannot use that attachment. I also noticed after a week of use that the white plastic close to where the attachment goes is cracking already. I sent a message back to them and after 3 days of waiting they told me they cannot refund me since I bought it through Amazon so the only option is to send it back again since they don’t just do replacement parts. Beware of this they do have a warranty for a year but now it’s gonna be another month and I have already loss money since I had to buy a hairdryer from the last time.

I am very satisfied with this hair dryer. It dries my hair quickly and efficiently without causing excessive heat damage. The dryer is lightweight, easy to hold, and comfortable to use for extended periods. I especially like the multiple heat and speed settings, which allow me to customize the drying experience based on my hair type. I've only had it for a week, but I'm already in love. It's so nice to dry and style in one step.I have long, fine, color-treated hair with a slight wave. My hair doesn't feel frizzled at the ends, which is a nice change from the direct heat of using a straightener or curling iron. My hair is smooth and shiny after using the brush attachments - it literally looks like I just got out of my stylist's chair. I'm still getting the hang of the curling attachments, but I love the soft waves they create.I saw some reviews complaining about the weight, but I really don't think it weighs much more than your average dryer. The tool feels sturdy and is easy to use. The attachments are easy to trade out and feel secure when attached to the base.Overall, I recommend this baby! I don't know what the other brands do for double or triple this price, but the Bondi Boost Everlast provides a lot of bang for your haircare buck.

I loved this product, while it worked. Unfortunately after 9 months the lights completely stopped working. So I can no longer see the heat/power setting it is on. That is a super important feature for me. Really disappointed for the price!

I really loved this airstyler and used it regularly for 13 months. The performance was great and I was happy with the results. Unfortunately, the small locking piece (the switch that secures the attachments) broke off, making the tool unusable.I contacted customer support hoping to purchase just that small replacement part, but was told they don’t sell individual components. Since I’m just outside the warranty period, my only option is to buy an entirely new unit. They did offer me 20% off, which I appreciate, but I’m disappointed that such a small piece failing means the whole tool has to be replaced when everything else works perfectly.If you’re considering this product, just be aware that if any small plastic component breaks, you’ll likely need to replace the entire unit rather than repair it. It’s a great tool while it works, but the lack of replacement parts is frustrating.

This is an all in one wet to dry styling tool. It has multiple attachments for anything you need in the styling process. I Don't like that it's not dual voltage or travel friendly. I would have expected sth with this functionality to have a dual voltage.
