Super pleased!
**Sanlida Dragon X7 Compound Bow Review** I recently purchased the Sanlida Dragon X7 compound bow for my 11-year-old son, and I couldn't be more impressed! This bow offers exceptional value, especially for beginners or those looking to upgrade without breaking the bank. **Setup & Adjustability:** The bow was incredibly easy to set up straight out of the box. The instructions were clear, and I had it ready to shoot in no time. One of the standout features is its adjustable draw weight, ranging from 0 to 70 pounds. This makes the Dragon X7 perfect for users of all ages, and it can grow with my son as he develops his skills and strength. He’s already shooting with impressive accuracy, and I can adjust the weight as he improves. **Performance:** Honestly, I was expecting a beginner bow to have limited performance, but the Dragon X7 shot far better than I anticipated. It has a smooth draw, minimal vibration, and a solid release. The accuracy is impressive, even for a beginner like my son. He’s having a blast practicing with it and feels like a true archer when he hits the target. It’s clear that Sanlida has put a lot of thought into designing a bow that delivers great performance at an affordable price. **Value for Money:** The Dragon X7 is an incredible value for the price. It comes with everything you need to start shooting right away, including a sight, arrow rest, and quiver. You won’t need to buy a bunch of extra accessories, which is a huge plus for newcomers to the sport. **For All Ages:** What makes this bow even better is that it’s suitable for both beginners and more experienced archers. Since the draw weight is fully adjustable, it’s perfect for kids, teens, and adults. My son is ecstatic about it, and I know this bow will continue to serve him well as he grows. **Conclusion:** If you're looking for an affordable, high-quality compound bow that’s easy to set up and shoots great, the Sanlida Dragon X7 is a fantastic choice. My son is thrilled, and I’m happy with the value we got. Highly recommend it for anyone starting out in archery or those looking for a bow that delivers solid performance at a budget-friendly price.

Simply Amazing 🏹
This bow is one of the most enjoyable purchases I’ve made in the last year. I am extremely happy with it. A few years back, I saw a random short video with someone shooting a compound bow. I thought it might be a fun hobby to get into so I started looking around at bow prices because I was curious at how much they cost. I was pretty disgusted when I found out the average compound bow set up costs around $1000. Once you get your bow, then add all of your attachments, then your release, then a set of arrows, you can very easily spend $1,000-2,000. I very quickly learned it was an expensive and somewhat elitist hobby and then I very quickly dismissed the idea of ever getting into archery. A couple months ago I decided on a whim to check around Amazon again for something reasonable. Then I stumbled upon this X7 bow. It really seemed too good to be true. This bow came with all the bells and whistles plus a carrying case and a dozen arrows AND the price was 1/10th of what I thought I’d have to spend in order to get into archery. I was hesitant to buy it because at the time I think it had one review. Obviously, I ended up biting the bullet and purchasing it. And then I waited. When it came in the mail I was giddy as a school girl when I opened it. It was beautiful. My very own compound bow. I “oohed” and “aaahhed” as I looked at all the parts and assembled the bow. I had an archery target I bought from WalMart in my living room. So I nocked an arrow into the bow, drew it back using my brand new wrist release, and I’ll be darned, I hit the bullseye of the target the first shot I took 😂. I fell in love with the process almost instantly. Since then I’ve been learning proper form and trying to get the basics down. I keep the bow and the target in my car. I work in somewhat rural areas so when I have the time and space I’ll pull it out real quick and shoot a few arrows. It’s an extremely fun and peaceful hobby. I’ve seen people online with bows worth more than my car say that any bow under $1,000 is a “budget bow” and more than likely trash. This is ridiculous. I’ve tuned this bow since I’ve gotten it to get the arrows flying straight and accurate. The way Sanlida makes their bows means you don’t have to take it to a shop and pay 100’s of dollars for them to tune it. You can do it yourself. You don’t even need a bow press. This is a huge plus for me. The thought of constantly taking a bow in to a shop to get it worked on and tuned is just not my cup of tea. I’ve put probably at least 2,000 arrows through this bow and everything is as good as when I opened the box. The price is awesome and it allowed me to get into a fun hobby without breaking the bank. Im glad Sanlida is making a bow for people to get into archery that’s affordable for the common person. Customer service is awesome. I asked if they were making replacement strings for the X7 in case I dropped my bow on accident or something similar and needed to replace them. They got back with me the same day and let me know they just put them on Amazon as well. Overall if you’re in a similar position as I was I would highly recommend this being your first compound bow Side note: for some reason this product is getting review bombed by people who seem to be getting paid to do so. At the time of me writing this there seems to be maybe 4 or 5 genuine reviews and the rest seem to be written by people who don’t even know what a compound bow is

Remarkable
I'm replacing an older Bear compound bow. I demoed several bows at a large sporting goods store price ranging $399.00 to $1,600.00. Hard to justify 400 much less 1600, I no longer hunt , but enjoy archery. On you-tube I found Sanlida Dragon X7. Sounded too good to be true and every time I try to save, I end up buying it twice. Not this time, I couldn't find much to not like! Great finish, machining, fit, engineering. A smooth, even draw, easy to adjust draw length, easy adjustable pound draw, solid wall, quiet constant release and very, very accurate. The arrow release is comfortable no creep on the trigger. Came with everything a person needed to enjoy archery. I would buy it again and highly recommend all of Sanlindas products!!! Disappointments, the bow stand too light breakable, uncovered handle area hard and cold, dangerous rubber peep sight hose, its stiff with little elasticity, on my first draw it snapped off the bow string and hit my glasses! The arrows are beautifully manufactured perfect... the packaging is not! they're stuffed into a plastic bag damaging all of the plastic vanes. I wasted far too much time trying to repair them. Heating straitening, pressing each one straight in a fletching jig letting them cool and the next day they spring back to bent and ugly. It's a shame all of the engineering, craftsmanship, pride, hard work and ethics of the good people at Sanlinda are under minded and shamed by the two fools that used inferior rubber and packaging. If I didn't have safety glasses on I could have lost an eye, and the bent plastic vanes tore up my arrow rest!

Peep sling out on first shot
Really not a good first impression. Now I have to go spend money to get the peep installed before I can actually test and tune the bow. Does it look nice? Yes. Is the bow quiet? From the first and only shot I took also yes. Would definitely investigate the quality control of QC 9 who passed the bow as so far it’s a 1 and done until I fork over the money to get the peep installed again. Edit: After getting the new peep sight installed this bow really shoots above its price range. I can’t quite bump it to 4 stars as I’ve had to also change out the D loop which doesn’t want to stay in one spot. Just wants to kind of slide in a circle around the string. Other than changing the peep and the D loop out it shoots quiet and fast. I highly recommend buying some higher splined arrows if you plan on cranking the weight of the bow down as I did. Currently sat at 60 pounds and running a 300 spine arrow and it’s shooting where ever I point the pins. In short, would I purchase this bow again? Yes, absolutely. It’s well made but does have things that someone outside of a beginner would want changed. For the price it’s a great entry/budget option that gets you into the woods or into the target range. Solid construction without being too heavy.

Need to know before buying
My daughter decided she wanted to learn archery and I had bought her a x6 dragon and after shooting her bow I decided I wanted one for myself. I looked into buying a x8 but came across the x7 and after looking at the reviews and a few YouTube videos I decided to buy this bow. I haven't touched a bow in over 20 years and I was very happy. I received my bow and watched many videos on setting it up and went to town. The first thing I had issues about was the arrows. They were bagged in the box and only had about 5 worthy of shooting. The fletching material was flattened out. I contacted the company and they told me to put the arrows in boiling water and then reshape the veins. That worked on maybe 3 of them. I had the bow set up around 50 lbs and had a hard time getting the arrows to fly correctly and after watching many videos on setting up alignments I learned about arrow spine and these arrows are to flimsy for this size bow. I let my daughter shoot them in her x6 and they shot perfectly. I've shot this bow almost daily for 2 weeks and decided to use some Easton arrows for hunting with it and it shoots great. Now there is the release sent with the bow. I liked it and other than being kinda touchy worked great until I turned the bow up to full weight. It failed 2 times in mid draw sending the arrow about 100 yards. I was lucky no one was around or any houses. The bow is a good purchase, the accessories are not worth it. I'm just a hobbiest not a true archer but I was very disappointed after contacting the company and was only offered $10 for the damaged arrows. I just sent them the release complaint. I love the bow but don't expect to be ready to go straight out of the box with this Edit The customer service is very helpful with this product. They made good on the damaged arrows along with the release. I would buy from them again but it's all about what you expect. If your looking to learn archery go for it. If your expecting greatness you will have to put this bow in a shop to be upgraded. The customer service is why I raised my rating from a 2 to a 3

A NEW ARCHERS DREAM!!
I am NOT a hunter!! But if you want to get into (compound bow) archery this is the one to start with!!!! I LOVE THIS PACKAGE!!! It comes with everything you need to get started and it's super simple to setup on your own!! Its built well, doesn't feel like your going to inadvertently break it during use. Very easy to sight in even for beginners. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with mine. My only recommendation is get better arrows. They work well but the flex is severe and seems sketchy to shoot from a compound bow.

Dragon x7
I got this bow as a bow to mess around with. I have a few others already. One thing i will say is the bow shoots amazing and is a great bow for the price! The bow, sight, quiver, arrow puller, rest, stand, carry bag, release and the rest of the accessories to litterly go out and shoot.. BUT you have to have a little know how to be able to do that. The bow comes not put together so you get the enjoyment of learning how to do that yourself also, which is a good thing to know if your going to be shooting a bow. It is adjustable from 17" to 30" in 1/2" incraments. But you wont get the full 70lbs unless your drawing 31 inches. At my 28.5 draw i only get 66.5 lbs draw. Another con is the arrows (12 prefletched with inserts nocks and 100gr feild points) that come with it arent stiff enough to shoot at over 35-40lb draw. Anything higher will require some stiffer spine. All in all the dragon x7 is a good beginners bow for someone just getting into the sport! It is a "grow with you" type set up! 100% pleased with it i will be setting it up to suit my need as a backup bow to my pse evolve 30 for when i go on out of town hunting trips!
