Good product ruined by Amazon ineptitude
UPDATED REVIEW w/ PHOTO: These cookies are absolutely delicious, but DO NOT buy these through Amazon because they absolutely ruin them by careless packing for shipments and surely being tossed around by drivers and/or during transit. After my third time ordering this - and third time getting packages full of cookie bits & crumbs, I’m done!! This is a piss-take! Tesco’s have a comparable cookie for the same price + 2 extra per package and very nearly just as nice.

Pretty bad in fact.
Pretty horrible biscuit with a bland yet burnt aftertaste, and I know a good biscuit when I eat half a packet in one go. Don't waste your money and give it to McVities instead. Never ordering these again.

Broken and not normal taste
Short bb date, not the usual texture and taste one pack out of two. Both packs about 2/3rds cookies smashed to pieces.

I’m quite disappointed with these cookies. For LU brand they’re just so dry and bland that it’s a bit shocking. Won’t be buying them again.

Ready to eat no chewing required
No need to chew, ideal for dentures. They came crushed beyond recognition!

Well balanced
Not too sweet, not too chocolaty. A well balanced crumbly cookie, with large chocolate chips. This cookie doesn't leave you feeling overly indulgent from sugar overload and is enough to satisfy sweet cravings. The value is high, I cant think of a cookie of this quality for under 2 quid a pack.
