Got this a week ago and so far it’s been really good. Love the rotary dials to choose the winding level, clicks into place like a high-end hi-fi switch. It’s very quiet and it looks really cool. Considering the cost it’s genuinely brilliant compared to what watch shops tend to charge for this sort of thing. I use it plugged in so can’t comment on battery life but it does work very well indeed and I like being able to choose how active the winder is depending on how you use the watch. The only issue with it is the cushions that come with it. They are awful. Made of memory foam, your watch is meant to help the foam form the right shape over a period of 24 hours. This actually does happen but after that, the sponge no longer fits in the hole, so the watch slips as it’s turning and hits the lid of the case. Simple solution is to use the cushion the watch came with which completely resolves the problem. If have given it 4.5 stars but that’s not a option and a full star knock off for that seems harsh because with the actual watch cushion it works brilliantly.

Really great product. Quiet, efficient, and has different rotation levels for different watches. Build quality is excellent and it is so quiet, it is on my desk now and I can barely hear it. The LEDs are quite bright but there are little labels in the box you can use to cover them and remove that issue. I would highly recommend this. Not the cheapest option out there but worth every penny.

I purchased this to keep two automatic watches in time and have been consistently pleased with this watch box. Build quality - excellent, the display plate is well made, thick and clearly good quality. Sides and buttons again are solid and robust and are well finished. The motor is quiet, smooth, does not jolt and is very consistent, I don’t have this in the same room that I sleep in, but it is quiet and not obtrusive. The settings offer different options depending on the use of the watch and both are independent so a dress watch can be stored next to a regular every day watch. Presentation - I loved the presentation of this watch box, it is clean, simple, elegant and understated. It does come with a mains power pack but runs on battery back up as well if cables are not your thing. Overall, honestly after thinking about this for a couple of months I could not be more pleased with my choices here. Everything is well designed, functional and straight forward. The only thing I didn’t like was a blue light that runs when the watches rotate, but it’s a minor thing. Definitely a good value watch box and perfectly functional for 2 automatic watches.

My 1st watch winder. I have collected automatic watches for a while now and wanted to keep at least 4 running at a time . I selected the 4 watch winder to see if the product was what everyone was saying about it . I was not disappointed, the build quality was bang on. Very quiet motors and with multiple options on the switches. Mode 2 wasn’t able to keep my watches moving so I put them on mode 3 and so far is working perfectly. I’m considering getting another 1 very soon and if you have reservations about buying this make and model, don’t hesitate, you won’t buy better for the price nor quality wise

After having my Mozsly watch winder die a month or so after the warranty ran out (nice looking, but they really are as unreliable as people say), I decided to move it up a notch with the replacement. This Smith winder for two watches seemed to fit the bill. Arriving in a large box, I was initially concerned I overdone it, but it's just very well protected. It's still a pretty substantial bit of kit though, with real wood sides and a thick perspex lid which dampens the sound quite effectively. There are five wind options ranging from overnight, to extended storage. I've been using the extended storage (setting 5 of 5) and it has kept my watches properly wound over that period. It's also pleasingly smooth and quiet in operation – but I wouldn't say it's silent – I have it on my desk and mostly don't notice it's running, not sure I'd want it next to my bed though. Overall a well built and (so far) reliable winder, that keep your automatic watches properly wound.

Bought this two watch winder to replace a cheaper, single watch winder I’d been using for quite some time. The Smith winder is a step in quality from my other winder but not significantly larger. It is however, very much quieter and availability of multiple modes makes it easy to find one which keeps my watches adequately wound. It’s early days yet but so far the Smith winder is keeping two of my automatic watches wound and running between wearing them. Based on the quality, quiet operating and performance I’d say the Smith winder is worth the money. My one small gripe is that the pads provided for the watches seem like the weak link and not of a comparable quality to rest of the machine. And although the winder comes with two spare pads, one is small and the other is very large.

Très bien. J’en ai essayé 2 autres avant d’adopter celui là. Il est silencieux, élégant et pratique. Seul bémol l’autonomie sur piles extrêmement réduite ( 2 jours).

The wonder stopped working after 3 weeks the blue light is on but it stopped rotating

Después de 15 días de uso, no puedo estar más satisfecho. Este bobinador de relojes cumple, de momento, con lo que dice el anunciante: no es ruidoso y es muy elegante. En mi caso, el watchwinder funciona correctamente con mis relojes, sean japoneses o suizos y estos quedan buen sujetos gracias a las almohadillas con diferentes medidas que trae el pack. No puedo hablar sinceramente de la duración del producto, toca esperar que dure... pero eso, solamente el tiempo lo dirá. De todas formas y de momento, estoy muy contento con la adquisición de este producto. Únicamente como "consejo" para aquell@s que quieran adquirirlo y tengan alguna duda, yo opté por la versión que admite solo 1 reloj por rotor porque sinceramente opino que la versión que admite 2 relojes por rotor sobrecargaría más el funcionamiento del motor y acortaría la vida útil del aparato... En fin, un buen producto y además llega muy bien empaquetado para evitar "golpes fortuitos" del envío. En cuanto al tiempo del envío, como casi siempre un 10 para Amazon... y ¡un 10 para sus lockers que me ofrecen más garatías de recepción de los pedidos! 😉
