Bought as a gift for a friend, she loves it and sends me quotes often. Excellent for the Jane Austin fan in your life. Super cute pocket size.

This is a nice hardcover book with many quotes from many of Jane Austen's popular books. Each page contains a single quote and refers to the book in which it may be found. It measures 5" x 3.75" and is about 1" thick. It is divided into 10 'chapters' with each chapter containing quotes that pertain to a particular subject. For example, chapter 3 is 'Mistress of Myself'. The pages are of a nice solid paper. Not quite as thick as construction paper, but firmer than regular printer paper. There also a nice attached ribbon for use as a bookmark I think it is very reasonably (frankly surprisingly) priced at under $7.

THIS LOVELY SMALL BOOK COULD BE A THOUGHTFUL GIFT FOR A LITERATE FRIEND WHO LOVES THE WISE AND PRACTICAL ADVICE OF JANE AUSTIN , AN AUTHOR FOR THE AGES. PRICED RIGHT AND FULL OF JUICY AND WISE THOUGHTS. NOT A NOVEL, BUT A COLLECTION OF JANE' WITTY AND USEFUL ONE LINERS.
