First time took a gamble on a brand I have never heard of . It was the price and the look of. when it arrived the next day I was happy to see how well packaged it was in its own box with every fitting for Am4 and 5 and Intel Cpu . Easy instal as I was replacing an Aio anyway but just with a bigger one . All the RGB fans connect in a daisy chain so not loads of wiring to hide which was nice . The design on the Cpu pump looks good and it was Instantly nice and quiet and lower temps straight away . Very pleased so far . I would recommend this to other people when you look at the specs its great value for money x

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and cooling performance of this fan. Nice infinity mirror on cpu cooler head. aRGB works well with mobo controller.Build quality appears very good. Decent thermal paste, mobo mounts and instructions provided. Very easy installation

Great cooling performance and extremely quiet. Far beyond my expectations. I can recommend. Easily cooled my 265k.

So far this company is my favourite go-to AIO seller for the simple reason that the price is excellent the designs are unique and beautiful and most importantly they always keep temperatures very low. Big fan and always looking forward to future cooling releases.

Lasted a year and a half before it developed a loud clicking sound which I think is from the Pump. I would not buy another nor recommend this cooler.

This is a good cooler, well made, looks great, and has nice long hoses that are ideal for the inverted configuration that I run. It's also very good value for money.Cooling was more than acceptable with a i7-12700KPHowever, unlike my previous AIO coolers, this had a very pronounced pump whine which I found difficult to live with and in the end I had to return it and try a different brand as the whine became a show-stopper for me. It's a shame because, otherwise, it was very good.

Looks beautiful runs quietly very stressful to install though first time installing an AIO took 3 and a half hours but so so worth it compared to my air cooler my PC is running much quieter and smoother now.I am very happy with this purchase but there could be room for improvement like making the installation video longer and easier to understand and more it would be helpful to people like us who have never done it before. Overall I am very happy with this purchase just hope I don’t start having issues after writing this review I think I hear the water moving inside the PC I am unsure.

Amazing perfect quality and keeps my cpu cool

Great product! Keeps my Ryzen 7 9700X cool, even under full load it goes to no more than 80 degrees celcius. And even better, it's quiet! Highly recommend!

The AIO pump stopped working after only 6 months of use, i asked them for a replacement via email. If everything goes right i will change this review.

I built a computer for an arcade I was building and didn’t know what I needed to run the emulators. So I used an i9 14900k with an Asus ROG Strix 4090 OC because no one would tell me what would work. So, I used the motto go big or go home. Needless to say it was overkill and then I find out that the i9 runs hot and my DeepCool AK620 worked for the emulator games, but not for AAA Steam games. My CPU kept thermal throttling.I purchased an Artic Liquid Freezer III 420, but was unable to get it to fit into my Lian Li Lancool III case. So I purchased this ID-Cooling FX360 INF since it got great reviews from those who do PC content.I’ve had this now for about 2 months and I’ve never had an issue with thermal throttling since. The highest temps I’ve seen is 70C-75C and that was during a CPU-Z stress test. Idling I’m around 30C-32C and playing 2 AAA games (Indian Jones & Hogwarts), at 4k, the highest I’ve seen is around 60C.This AIO has worked flawlessly and like a lot of people have said, it was really easy to install.Because it’s inside my arcade pedestal (and fears of my CPU over heating) mines set to run at 100% all the time and the fan noise isn’t bad at all. Those that complain the fans are loud or the pump is loud, I wish they were around in the 80’s and 90’s when fans were extremely loud!! They’d think twice about calling these loud. Only time will tell as to how well it holds up.
