Taste, ease of digestion... I'm not sure why people are complaining of taste... I chew this w/my daily chewable for women and a cranberry chew. Perfect way to grab a little extra iron. I've been anemic my whole life & have many digestion / gastric issues & intolerances. Typical slow release iron supplements ALWAYS constipate. These do not. I have been taking just one/day and am reordering. I do visit the doc this week, so I am curious if it has helped my iron level.

You won’t forget to take your iron supplement if you buy these gummies. Only thing is that you need to take 4 gummies for a entire dosage of iron. Note, they are sweet tasting, but in a good way.

These gummies where great. They had a nice flavor and where easy to chew. The only thing I didn’t like was the price, they where a bit too expensive for what I wanted. Other than that though, they where wonderful.

I can't tell about efficacy. The taste was no great but ok. Unfortunately, at the time I was taking these I had terrible belly pain. I can't say for sure these pills cause this but It's a definitive possibility I can't rule it out. I stopped taking them and the belly pain stopped as well.

I'm a disabled Vet, I have conditions I wish on no one! I'm terribly enimic at times. These chewies have helped raise my red blood cell count, my energy level and my quality of life, and they taste great!

It’s hard to overpower the taste of iron and this one did the best it could!

Great item! Iron vitamin pills sometimes make me sick to my stomach but these gummies are easily digested.
