Great PC and Excellent Customer Service
Out of the box gaming for my son, with a few very MINOR self-inflicted hiccups. Good - Works out of the box, FAST processor, a graphics card that chews up anything we've thrown at it, and it looks great! All at a price that couldn't be matched via a build, or an alternate product. Cons - nothing so far, see below Self-induced - So a few heads up, 1. the computer is shipped with a blank profile for QA, I decided to reformat the drive and start with a fresh install. When I did, the windows key was somehow corrupted, BUT Falin in customer service had a new key to me before I hung up the phone. Also - a heads up the small button on the front that I thought was the system reset button, actually controls the system LED lights, Falin answered my emailed question on that within an hour, so again, many thanks and kudos to them!

Ease of setup, fast, and well protected during shipping.
Solid system and built very well, and my son loves it. For the price we spent it features a lot of good hardware. Like mentioned ViprTech has a variety of hardware brands in their builds. Ours featured a gigabyte 5060 ti 16gb. It boots fast, everything worked straight out of box, and it was well protected during shipment. Absolutely the best thing I can say about the system is that there was zero bloatware. It was a completely blank slate(aside from the OS). Which made it super easy to get everything loaded that I needed. All drivers were accounted for, and they included a QR code to link you to a place to download drivers. *Wifi was not embedded via motherboard, but they included a dongle that works fine. *My son primarily uses it to game and model in blender. Blender runs flawlessly and quick.

Good rig, decent value but not needs some "fixes"
The Amazon version of this prebuilt rig is exactly as described. Please do not go the wrbsite because their are slight differences. Graphic card is NVidia so will be very good. Would have preferred not having this card but that is for Arch Linux with Hyprland configuration reasons not because of the card itself. I am using 2 1080p monitors so not the highest quality monitors for this card but still great quality and no screen tearing. The graphics quality is excellent. Cooling system, including the fans are ultra quiet. I have them on max performance and they are still ultra quiet. This unit has a good value and worth the amount I paid. It could be better with more usb connections, especially type C USB. It is very difficult to know what the connections are in the back since they have almost no description/name/color coding. Only one label to not use certain motherboard/built in graphics but use tthe graphics card. I do not game so can not say the capabilities ir benchmarks but do play and edit videos (not for online streaming like "you" tube and this rig is very good. I do wish there was a user guide for this rig (even online version) to figure out how to change the lcd lighting. I can turn them off and on and only the motherboard controlled on RAM can be changed so far. I also can not figure out if it us possible to change the brightness level on the motherboard controlled lighting. It is not too bright in general but rather have steady color or lower the brightness. Since I can do neither, just turned these off. If you want a decent mid range gaming computer or creator's computer system, this is pretty good. 4 gripes: lack of more USB, especially in back; apparent lack of adding SATA storage drives or more storage without replacing the one stick; no labeling or identifying of connections (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, etc); no user manual to learn more of use of this rig.

Worth it
Picked up the Reaper and honestly, I have zero complaints about the actual gaming performance. I'm throwing everything at it on High or Ultra settings and it handles it like a champ. Frames are high, temps are decent, and it just works right out of the box. However, just a heads up for anyone planning to upgrade storage later: the motherboard in this build only has a single NVMe slot. I was planning to slap in an extra M.2 drive for my game library, but realized I had nowhere to put it without swapping my main boot drive. You're stuck using SATA SSDs for expansion, which feels a bit dated.

The green glow is quite soothing.
I've had the computer for 48 hours of mostly non-stop testing and loading. This is a SOLID machine. It came packaged well-protected, and further, the box didn't have a mark on it, so thanks to UPS for taking care of it on it's trip across the country. I love the small form factor and the quality of the build. Tests with software and bench tests were performed, and all were within spec. It's QUIET. I expected something closer to a jet engine, but it hardly makes a sound. Is there anything I don't like about it? Well, if you are interested in this machine, opt for an SSD bigger than 1TB. My mistake. It only has one slot, so I'll need to do another transfer eventually. If I feel like it. No big deal, it's not my main machine. I was also thinking I might have considered a RYZEN 9 more seriously, but the 32GB RAM it came with is plenty. I am "used" to AMD GPUs, so I don't have much to go on just yet, but in testing it looked pretty solid. Bottom line, if you pick this computer, you won't be disappointed.

5060ti(16gb) ryzen 7 cpu
This pre built gaming PC by far exceeded my expectations. Lightning fast super high fps and looks awesome. I did research ALOT before choosing this model and despite the numerous negative reviews mine came exactly as described and performs flawlessly. If your looking for a high end gaming PC this is the one to get and you can't beat the price (right under 1500 shipped). Awesome gaming PC highly recommend

Reaper 2.0 is a must buy, it's amazing!!!!!
Wow. I'm very happy that I purchased this. It doesn't lag no matter what I throw at it. Wifi was tricky at first until I realize I had to install the drive with was very simple. Over all, now I regret not getting the Reaper 3.0. This thing is over powered silent and beautiful, the pictures do it no justice at all. Its amazing

Don't waste your time or money
I purchased this computer on 3 December 2025, thinking, why not support a business from my hometown; it was due to come in by Saturday, but arrived that Thursday before. I was super excited and started setting it up. Packing was great; they even placed packaging within the case to protect the internal parts. (very impressed so far) The computer booted up fast and was quiet. Then I noticed drivers were missing. I called the company that same Friday, as they were closed by the time I started setting up on Thursday. They said they would look into it and get back with me. They are closed on the weekend, and there is no weekend support. I had to spend the weekend with an incomplete PC. Monday, 8 Dec 2025, I called them three times (once in the morning and twice in the afternoon) to get an answer for the drivers. No responses. I even sent them messages through Amazon, and nothing. I was on the internet looking for answers, shut the pc down (properly) to take a break and grab a bite to eat, and when I powered the PC back up, I got an error message about installing Windows when I wasn't doing that. Now it's just stuck at the error message loop. I tried to restart it twice, and it kept doing the same thing. There was no recovery partition on the SSD NVMe or backup drivers sent via USB, or even instructions to a website to help. Friday's customer service was great, Monday's was nonexistent. They sent this "Inspected by" checklist, claiming it was thoroughly inspected, yet I was able to notice problems from the initial setup. This is what I get for trying to support a hometown, big or small, owned business. Normally, I build my own PC, but with parts being so expensive, I thought this was the better way. I learned my lesson that day quickly. I understand that I am not the only customer they have; however, they did promise to get back with me on Monday and didn't. I had to reach out again, three times, to no avail. I only give one star because of the early delivery, packaging, and Friday customer service. The gentleman I spoke with was really cool and even tried to offer some assistance himself that I agreed to, because he admitted he wasn't a tech. However, at least he tried to do something for me. 11 December 2025 - after I called them and received messages through Amazon's messaging system, the person I spoke with wanted to insult my intelligence by saying it was "User Error" or that I was being "Combative." I ask you, what kind of professional uses those terms to a customer to help solve an issue? I had to inform them that I've been in the IT field for over 32 years with military experience. After all the back and forth, I guess they realized I wasn’t letting it go, and you're not going to convince me to take another computer from them. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee, saying their tech couldn't replicate the issue. I sent them several screenshots of what I experienced, and that part was not my issue. I do note that they said "After the tech broke down the computer and inspected it," which tells me something was done physically to the PC, and he or she determined it was non-defective. At the end of the day, the last person I spoke with finally refunded me all my money with no restocking fee charge. I did confirm this with my financial institution.
