BFP610 Sous Chef 9 Cup Food Processor, Small, Brushed Stainless Steel

For our needs this 9 cup food processor is just the right size. Also, love, love, love the way the tools store in it's own container which fits inside the processor bowl. The motor is very powerful and makes quick work of the various chopping duties when doing meal prep. Very easy to clean each too and pack them back into their own position on the tool caddy. Just a great value for this size machine and Breville quality.

It's a great food processor. I had a few Cuisinart processors which work well. However, I am now a Breville fan. The bowl is very easy to clean, I like the ability to adjust the thickness on the slicing attachment, and the accessory caddy to hold all the attachments is fantastic. Keeps them all in one place for easy storage.

Buy this if you appreciate top quality, design and engineering. It was embarrassingly expensive (compared to what I could get for similar function), but it makes me feel good. Base is heavy, solid, metal and QUIET. The plastic parts are all heavier thickness, so i don't expect them to break, even with a little abuse. Everything just works and fits together with the design features and tolerances that makes me smile. We've happily used much less expensive processors over the years, but they've always been noisy and eventually need replacing. If you're at the point in your life where form and function matter more than cost, then buy this.

This is hands-down the best food processor I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned other Breville products and they’ve all been very nice quality. This is no exception. I love the power of the engine and how easily it processes everything from shredded cheese, to dough, and vegetables. What I really like the most is the fact that storage is designed in such a way everything fits into the bowl of the processor and tucked nicely away in the cabinet. If you’re looking for a powerful and effective food processor, this should be your choice.

Love my Breville Processor. Like the smaller size. Perfect for making pie crusts, single or double. Slice and grate carrots. Made pimento cheese. This thing is powerful. Breville is more expensive but you are buying quality and strength.

I’ve only had this food processor for a few weeks but it’s obviously a quality product. I just tossed a cheaply made Kitchen Aid that self destructed on me so this has been a great learning experience. I’m simply not used to the power this one has. It is worth doing your research on food processors because there is a lot of junk out there and I found out that one hundred dollars just buys you garbage . Breville is not inexpensive but it is quality.

Nice. Nicely boxed to prevent damage. Quiet. Nice storage of attachments so they don't get lost.

I love this food processor. My last one was a different brand, it was very loud but did the job. I had it for almost 10 years before the center shaft shifted and became crooked. Of course none of the kids knew what happened. It got worse and worse until finally it was unusable. My kids got me this for Christmas and it’s great. I primarily use it for grating cheese but it’s so powerful and sooo quiet compared to my last one. My daughter made a dough for empanadas in it and said it worked really well. We’re a family of 6 and the size is pretty good. Can’t wait to try making pesto. Oh and the case for all the parts is terrific. The fact that it fits in the bowl saves so much space. The base is heavy, but to me that’s a sign of durability.
