Best Budget SSD!
Bought this 512GB SSD to transfer data from my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and it works perfectly. Transfer speeds are fast and performance is smooth, even with large files. It’s super compact and can easily fits in my pocket. One thing to note tho: for older iPhone models with a Lightning port, you’ll need a Lightning powerassist adapter since the SSD uses TypeC. Apart from that, this is one of the best SSDs I’ve owner. Highly recommended!!

just what I needed, an external SSD to run a Linux OS separately from Windows OS, already on my PC
I looked for a moderate capacity SSD, to run a Linux Mint OS, without possible harm to my existing Win 10 OS on my PC (never tried this before). I researched and found that the SSK 256GB SSD External Hard Drive had better features at a comparable price to similar SSD's: Built to Last • TRIM technology — Maintains write speeds and extends the drive's longevity over time • S.M.A.R.T. monitoring — Tracks the drive's health so you know if there are any issues • Aluminum enclosure with heat dissipation — Prevents damage from overheating • Solid-state design — No moving parts like traditional hard drives, so less wear and tear Works great, get one (or more...I'm going to try other Linux Distros on other SSK's)
