Easy to trim but seem incredibly sturdy. They're shims & do what they are supposed to. Reasonable price.

Repair was necessary for anchor door on the edge of frame. The door needed to be leveled to close a 1 1/2 inch gap at the top that narrowed at about 8 inches down. The gap was letting in dirt with the wind, ants, bugs, iguanas and geckos. I had a chisel set to use as a wedge to lift it. The chisel wedged underneath and I stepped on it like a piano pedal and the gap closed and 2 screw holes aligned so I broke off a few 5 mm wide pieces with a needle nose pliers and found which ones fit between the bottom of the frame and the glass door anchor and pushed it towards the side frame until it was tight. When I released the chisel, the 2 screw holes remained aligned and I simply needed to tighten the 2 screws that had been pulled out of the holes. Problem solved in minutes!

I love these because they will not rot like the cheap wood ones. I am using them in an outside in the elements situation and they work great. The thickness is perfect to give a good step up in thickness when combined or stacked together. Only complaint is cutting them does take a bit of effort but you want them strong, can't have both.

Excellent outdoor and indoor product. Tougher than wood shims. Better for tight or odd jobs. Great for leveling sheds, pool water heaters and filters on concrete slabs. Resistant to water, snow, and weed eaters. Size and length make them best for heavy objects.

These are nice to have for leveling out furniture indoors and outdoors. I like that they are easy to snap and that you can stack them to get your precise fit. I also like the material because it can be used outdoor. Being in FL, with the humidity, a lot of wood materials can rot so I like having these shims. I think they're great value for what they can provide. Overall, these are a great option shims to have around the house to level out furniture

Love these shims I use them outdoors for everything that kind of seems off-balance on my patio and things in my home. They’re perfect because they are just in size and you can break them then to the size you want.

Spot on. Long, with gradient very gradually increasing. Three of them have levelled up a garden water feature quite nicely! Highly recommend.
