Spiratronics Alphanumeric LCD Module 20 x 4 Backlit

Description

An intelligent alphanumeric dot matrix display module manufactured by Powertip and employing Supertwist Nematic (STN) technology which provides a superior viewing angle and higher contrast over conventional designs. The module uses a 5 x 8 dot matrix format, has a cursor and is capable of displaying 224 different characters and symbols. An on-board RAM facility also enables the user to produce any character pattern required.
