Love it. Im 5'6 270 and it covers my neck and back perfectly. The belt is large enough for me to tie a bow tie . Its very soft and comfortable to my body. I was not sure if I should get it, but I saw the reviews and its larger than others. Im glad I did, its helping me with my neck tension and back.. i even used it for my knees. Im very happy.. you cant wash it, only spot clean it, but thats ok. I use it only on myself and Im not using it when im dirty. So it should be ok. Love the color I got the dark grey. Super soft and makes me so happy to use. I hope this helps, for others who are thinking of getting it. The heat works very well and it has a timer. Big numbers is a plus, because my vision is not that great. I like the controller, fits in hand, perfect size. Im very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Worked for two years before it quit working…not bad considering the price!

This exceeded my expectations! It’s generously sized. I’m 5'8" and 245 pounds (fat), and it fits me perfectly, but someone smaller might find it almost too big. Even the tie wraps comfortably around my big belly, which surprised me because I expected it to be too short.It heats up FAST, and I love the digital display on the controller. It’s easy to see the temperature and how long you’ve set it to stay on.It feels well made overall. My only complaint is the little snap at the front of the neck. It works, but it’s fiddly. A larger snap or magnetic closure would make fastening it easier.So far, I love it! The coverage across my neck, shoulders, and down my back is excellent. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend it.

Best heating pad ever! Like don’t even think twice, I have endometriosis and this gets HOT! It’s big enough to wrap all the way around my abdomen. It’s the only thing that eases my pain and helps me sleep at night since it has an auto shut off.

….yall…say it ain’t so BUT all the reviews that you see showing codes and the heating pad no longer working are in fact very true!! Don’t pass go…skip the line…the rumors are true! I purchased this heating pad at the end of June and got it in July. It worked soooo well at first. Nice and comfy! But recently my heating pad started showing the error codes E1 & E5. I have to lay very still and not move for the heating pad to stay on and heated. I reached out to Ambershine twice, no response and then I reached out to Amazon who put me in touch with the seller. I explained to them the very issues that were happening and said I wanted to get this replaced under warranty, and they had all of the nerve to respond back to me saying we’ve determined that your heating pad line was damaged due to improper use by folding the heating pad, but that never happened. The lies! The absolute NERVE. There are 2 problem codes, E1 and E5, neither of which (according to the manual) fall under the same thing. So how sway??? How do you figure “I” damaged the line?? I’m asking the real questions here. The reviews show several of these same issues with the buyers. So we ALL damaged our lines from improper use?! Very very unlikely. Absolutely not. I should have known better than to order from them due to all the reviews and I honestly just assumed that perhaps they all got faulty heating pads and I was special because mine had been working up until now. The way I was quickly humbled 😊. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Huge mistake. The pad will work initially but won’t work for long. It is truly just a crappy product. I only purchased this one because the heating pad that we’ve had literally since I was a child started giving out, mind you I’m in my 30s now. But that’s also coming from a time when stuff was made with quality products. Just look elsewhere. Don’t run the risk of being satisfied to begin with just to feel disappointed in the end. Pretty red color though. It heats up really quickly and nice and warm. The cord is nice and long too and the longest it’ll stay on is 2 hours which is perfect. The numerous heat settings is a huge plus. But not having it replaced is an issue. There are bigger issues of course, but in my response I promised them an honest review…it would behoove me to disappoint 😉. That’s all.

I have used many of the products on amazon just to find it bulky and difficult to work while having heating pad on. This product is light weight, keeps the shoulders through lower back warm and does a great job of helping with muscle pain. I only wish there a little bit of coverage on the upper arms. Back is perfectly handled with this device. I recommend this product with back neck pain or long hours on computers for preventative use for any kind of pains and stiffness. Better than getting a massage that wears off in about a day or any pain reliever ointments out there.I only took away a star due to the fact that I have to be connected to the power source at all times, that makes moving around difficult in the kitchen etc.

This is the best heating pad I’ve ever had! I have multiple options for heat settings. But most importantly I get to button this around my sore shoulders and neck! When I’m stressed I just pop on the tv and relax with this bad boy on my back and neck. Clear and easy to use. Light weight, and also you can set a timer! I normally fall asleep with this on and I wouldn’t want to over do it because I’m so relaxed! Also it’s big so it also covers my husbands back who’s 6ft

This works amazing. I love this. It met my expectations. I have fibromyalgia and it helps when I need targeted areas heated especially my neck and shoulders.
