Game changer
I recommend to everyone with issues focusing. I’m a mom in my 40s and had what I can only describe as brain fog. After this it was a night and day difference. I think it’s helped me with everything, including sleeping better. I’m not into the texture, but I treat it like a starburst and let it kind of hang out until it dissipates enough to chew it and it’s fine.

Helps with my sleep
I have tried many different items when it comes to helping me calm my mind so that I am able to sleep well. This is one that has helped way more than I thought it would. For me, it works the best when I take it right before bed. The taste is mild and allows my energy level to drop enough to sleep.
