Men's Latitude Touring Motorcycle Jacket Jacket

This is no light dity jacket. I live in VT where the summers are hot but the nights are cool and the shoulder seasons are quite cold and wet. If I depart my bike this is the jacket I want to be wearing. This jacket is burly. This jacket gets the job done.

Got an XL to allow for heavy undercoat. However.... No adequate adjustment at the neck. I've had cheep jackets do much better at comfortably sealing the neck. Otherwise, I loved all other aspects. 5 stars except no neck seal.

6'2" 210lbs. XL a tad large but still good. Plenty of movement and with layering will be great in the cooler temps. Comfortable for me up to 90 degrees. Nice venting, high quality jacket.

Jacket is NOT waterproof as advertised. Left me soaking wet head to foot. Took DAYS to dry out this supposedly waterproof gear. Very disappointed for the price.

I purchased a Latitude for a long tour last year. On the last day of the tour, I hit a patch of gravel and lost the front end of my bike. I went for a slide, mostly on my right shoulder and arm. The jacket ate the impact and abrasion from the asphalt. I walked away with no road-rash under the jacket, which is pretty much why I wear the gear. I should note that the jacket performed flawlessly for the rest of the tour as well. About a year later I finally was ready to address the issue of repairing the jacket. When I went to the Klim website to get repair info, I learned about their replacement warranty for crashed gear. Within a day of the claim, Klim had mailed out a replacement jacket from their current stock in the size and color of my choice. Hands down the best and easiest customer service experience I've had in years, and I buy a lot from Costco and Amazon... I'd recommend the jacket without hesitation for touring even without the customer support. By putting them together Klim has made me a lifelong customer.

Great product and material. But size was off some. Ordered a medium just like my other Klim jacket with the Induction Pro jacket which fit fine, but this one is a hair small for me. I am 5'9" and 170. I would of gave it a five star, but fit was off compared to other Klim jackets. But you can see the Quality is great here though. Looks like I might have to look into a custom-made jacket yet with Aerostich.
