I purchased this heater to heat up my fairly small workshop, built on the side of my house. It's about 12 metres x 1.7 metres and is constructed from wood. In the Winter it can be freezing in there so I needed something to warm things up. I'd previously used camping heaters but they kept breaking and didn't warm the workshop completely, so you had to be close to them to get any benefit. Finally, at the end of 2024, I tired of the cold as the temperature plummeted and decided to get a heater that could heat the entire workshop. I initially purchased this little NETTA heater: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BZQC6NFN?th=1 It actually worked very well and heated the workshop brilliantly but it was noisy as heck and when I was working on my computer it was just too distracting (and I'm not usually distracted by that kind of noise). I'd previously looked at this Dreo Space Heater and liked it but thought I might get away with the smaller and cheaper NETTA heater in the link above. I was wrong. The Dreo Space Heater landed today and I couldn't be happier. The mounting template was brilliant and even included a spirit level to ensure you had everything straight. First time I've ever seen such a template. Because I was mounting the heater to a wooden wall it meant installation time for me was under 10 minutes, and I'm anally pedantic. Once hung, I turned the heater on with the supplied remote control and voila. The remote is simple and easy to understand and within 2 minutes I knew exactly how to control the heater. I popped it on H3 (the highest setting) and it made light work of heating my workshop. I'm now sat less than 1m away from the heater as I type this review and the noise generated is audible but in no way bothersome. You simply forget about it. You can listen to it in the 20 second video I have attached to this review at the highest setting. As you turn the heater down from H3 to H2 to H1 the sound level also decreases, something which did not happen with the NETTA. At H1 this heater is virtually silent. There's really no need to connect the heater to your phone but I was a tad curious to see how it would work, so I downloaded the DREO app on my iPhone 11, connected to my WIFI and tested it. The App downloaded quickly, took 2 minutes to set up and now I can control the heater via the App or even SIRI using voice control. The App is incredibly intuitive and very easy to use and the remote has now become redundant for me. IMO, the heater looks good, works brilliantly, the app is spot on and the noise level is as quiet as you'll find with a heater that employs a fan. One extra point. The instructions for ALL heaters state you should plug the heater straight into the plug socket in the wall and NOT use an extension lead. The cable on this heater is a generous 70.8 inches and for most applications that is ample. My workshop, however, has no electricity so I have to take an extension lead through the window from our kitchen. Just purchase this single gang, heavy duty extension lead: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0083GLNC2 and the heater works fine with no overheating to the cable. I've now run the heater for several hours to test and it's fine. Do NOT, however, use a coiled extension lead. I purchased mine for £88.82 in the sale. It's currently back to £109.99 but even at that price I'd personally recommend it. Only negative: The heat emits from the base of the heater. The angle the heat is directed is manually controlled in the same way the heat grills in your car are controlled. In a car you can direct them up or down and left to right. On this heater you can only direct them up or down to a total of 30 degrees. It would have been brilliant if you could also affect the left and right direction for small spaces such as mine. I wouldn't deduct a star for that , though. Just a personal preference and maybe a future upgrade? All in all, I'd highly recommend this heater for small to medium size rooms, workshops or bedrooms. 👍

I bought this Dreo heater/fan mainly for use in my home workspace, and I'm really impressed with how well it performs. Installation is straightforward using the supplied wall-mounting template, and once fitted, the unit looks modern and unobtrusive with a clear digital temperature display. The controls are intuitive, and the iOS app pairs quickly and works reliably, allowing precise temperature and mode control. I purchased these heaters to reduce the running costs of my kerosene boiler, and since installation they have been run exclusively in Eco mode. They heat rooms effectively while keeping energy usage under control. Heating performance is good, especially when combined with basic insulation measures such as curtains and draft excluders. While the mounting template is helpful, the included spirit level is very poor quality and should be replaced with a proper one during installation. Overall, this is a well-designed, efficient smart heater that works exactly as intended. Small size that fits most spaces. Installed in a garden office runs of main power. Rapid heating has easy controls. NO noise! Looks good. Has an app very versatile but I don't use it because it heats so quickly. Looks very well made made. Good buy very happy.

Brilliant heater does what it says. Nice and compact, very easy to install. Only thing I would say is it is not white the back is but the front is actually silver. I removed a star for that as a specifically wanted white, but couldnt be bothered to send it back. Its not that they have sent the wrong item out either as there isnt a option of white or silver so the description isnt quite right.

Bought for our summerhouse/garden room. I really like this little heater, it heats up really quickly and just tops up the heat as necessary. I've found the auto setting to be spot on for my needs, when you first put it on in auto it runs at a high output and fast fan speed and quickly circulates the warm air, as soon as the temperature is getting close to what you have it set to it drops power and fan speed down to the lower power setting and finishes gently adjusting to the desired room temperature. You can hear the fan, especially in the initial faster running phase but when it tops up the rooms warmth it only comes on the lowest setting which is really quiet. The app is fine, as is the remote but the best bit for me is that it is compatible(through a HACS addon) with home assistant. I have it controlled through a button indoors(and another in the summerhouse) for simple on/off operation so that I can preheat my summerhouse before venturing out to it now that the evenings are getting cooler. It's surprisingly light and therefore can be mounted on a plasterboard wall without fear of it falling off/ spoiling the wall.

Great little heater for my home gym. Looks modern, and smart features work well. It also integrates well with my Home Assistant instance. Lots of configuration options to customise the functionality (including temp calibration). One very minor issue I've found is that the temperature can sometimes be off the actual ambient room temperature - I have it attached to an external wall which is often very cold which will be causing this. Very quiet in operation, and was very easy to install. No complaints from me! Will look to get more of this brand if I need any other heaters in the future.

It looks good compared to similar heaters with a bit more style. I like the quietness, small size and 3 heat settings (800,1200 & 2000 watts) plus the eco setting, but the main feature of this heater for me is the ability to fully control it via the app by connecting it to your WiFi. As well as control via WiFi it can be operated via Amazon Alexa and a full function hand held remote control if in line of sight. As a heater it's quick to heat up and appears to be quite economical, especially using the eco mode which regulates the temperature you set it to. Combine all this with a 2 year manufacturer warranty and the higher than normal price for such a heater begins to make sense. If you don't need the added features and just want a fan heater that turns on an off manually then perhaps at the price this is not for you but I love it.

Ich bin absolut positiv überrascht von dem Heizlüfter und möchte mich auch an dieser Stelle bei den anderen Käufern bedanken, welche ihre Erfahrungen niedergeschriebenen haben- diese waren für mich der ausschlaggebende Punkt, dieses Teil zu kaufen! Unser Hintergrund: Wir haben uns vor 2 Jahren ein Haus gekauft, BJ 1987, und wollten nicht die Ölheizung von Viessmann (von 2008) rausreißen und für 50 TEURO (!) eine neue „tolle“ Wärmepumpe einbauen. Blödsinn! Und Wucher dazu, aber lassen wir das Thema hier… die Viessmann funktioniert tadellos. Da im Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss noch dazu ein schöner großer Holzofen steht, haben wir uns für die „Hybrid-Lösung“ entschieden. Wir haben somit unser Haus Stück für Stück „smarter“ und effizienter gemacht, für überschaubare Kosten. Alle Heizkörperregler gegen smarte Regler ausgetauscht (AVM), sinnvolle Zeiten für jedes Zimmer eingerichtet, dazu die Vorlauftemperatur der Heizung gesenkt, dazu die Warmwasser-Aufbereitung an unseren Zeitplan angepasst (nur morgens), die Zirkulationspumpe ebenfalls schaltbar gemacht. Damit konnten wir den Ölverbrauch von früher 2.200 Liter/Jahr des Vorbesitzers auf rund 700 Liter/Jahr senken. Dazu Fenstersensoren, schaltbare Steckdosen, alles einheitliches System auf DECT-Basis, damit es jedes Familienmitglied bedienen kann. Dazu ein Anker Balkonkraftwerk mit 4 Modulen a`500 Watt und 5,5 KWh Speicher, dazu eine Klimaanlage von Mitsubishi Electric für das Esszimmer und den Wohnbereich im EG, dazu die beiden Kinderzimmer im OG. Schlafzimmer ist egal, da mögen wir es frisch, hier reicht eine offene Tür zum Überschlagen der Wärme abends kurz. Fehlten ergo nur das kleine Büro-Zimmer und das Badezimmer. Hier kommt der DREO-Heizlüfter zum Einsatz, siehe Bilder. Im Bad haben wir den ersten Lüfter verbaut, funktioniert einwandfrei. Kann am Gerät bedient werden, über die mitgelieferte Fernsteuerung oder- wie wir es tun- über die App am Handy. Mit Zeitplan, Timer, vielen Funktionsmöglichkeiten… für uns perfekt! Im Bad schaltet um 6.10 Uhr der Heizlüfter wochentags ein, da ab 6.20 Uhr die Familienmitglieder im Badezimmer eintrudeln… das Teil läuft auf Stufe 1 sehr leise, zieht rund 800 Watt und wärmt schnell das Badezimmer auf, welches nicht soooo klein ist. Täglich somit eine halbe Stunde Betrieb, somit 0,4 KWh am Tag Verbrauch… top. Dafür ist die Öl-Zentralheizung nur noch an den wirklich kalten Wintertagen in Betrieb, in Summe 3-4 Wochen im Jahr... ansonsten wird in der Übergangszeit und an Tagen über 0 Grad alles mit der Klimaanlage (is ja ne Wärmepumpe) und gelegentlich mit dem Holzofen geheizt. Für uns die perfekte Mischung… und der Heizlüfter ist für den Preis somit absolut zu empfehlen. Mit Bohrschablone inkl. kleiner Wasserwaage, gute Verarbeitung, im WLAN zuhause via APP steuerbar… was will man für 120.- Euro mehr. Uns reicht die erste Stufe morgens, ganz entspannt, um das Bad vorzuwärmen. Stufe zwei zieht rund 1.100 Watt, Stufe 3 zieht 2.000 Watt, nutzen wir aber nicht. Im Standby verbraucht der Lüfter 0,8 bis 1 Watt für die WLAN-Verbindung, dies noch informativ dazu. Passt aber für uns. Habe einige Bilder gemacht, ich hoffe es hilft anderen Interessenten ebenso bei der Entscheidung… viele Grüße aus der Pfalz! 😊

Ha sido el mejor calentador para el cuarto de mi bebé. Me gusta mucho que se pueda programar, porque me ayuda a mantener la habitación a una temperatura cómoda sin tener que levantarme a prenderlo o apagarlo. Es práctico, funcional y me da mucha tranquilidad durante la noche.

Installation très simple. Ne pas se fier complètement au niveau à bulle inséré dans le gabarit, un petit coup de vrai niveau n'est pas superflu. Branchement sur une prise avec terre. Le pilotage avec la télécommande est assez intuitif. Trois niveaux de chauffe, un mode éco et un mode ventilation seule. Direction du flux réglable manuellement lorsque le ventilateur est à l'arrêt. Le volume sonore est tout à fait acceptable, bien plus faible que mon radiateur précédent. Et en position III l'appareil chauffe très fort. L'ordre d'arrêt déclenche un compte à rebours de 30 s avant l'arrêt réel. Enfin, l'installation de l'appli Dreo sur smartphone ouvre d'autres horizons, programmation entre autres. Elle permet aussi d'ajuster la température mesurée par l'appareil à la température réelle de la pièce si un décalage est constaté. Pour ma part cela n'a pas été nécessaire. Ce radiateur mérite grandement les très nombreux avis positifs qui lui sont attribués. 2 mois plus tard : J'ai interrogé le sav Dreo un dimanche matin en France. La réponse (gmt + 8) extrêmement claire, détaillée et documentée m'est parvenue le lendemain à 5h33 ! Je peux maintenant piloter mon radiateur Dreo depuis deux smartphones différents. Un radiateur qui me donne tout satisfaction et un sav à la réactivité hors normes !
