Confession: I just received this shower head yesterday, and took my first shower with it this morning, so I can't attest to how durable it is, but I decided to take a chance on Aquarius because from what I've seen in their responses to people's reviews, their customer service is quite good if/when something does go wrong. Ok, back to the shower head itself... Showering with this thing is pretty awesome! The water pressure is really great, and the coverage is better than my old shower head. Of the 6 modes, I really only see myself using one or two, but that's perfectly fine. Switching between modes is simply a matter of turning the face of the shower head, and it locks into position with a satisfying click. The head itself is very lightweight, which is good since it makes it easy to use as a handheld, and when you want to use it in a fixed position, it hangs securely in its arm/bracket. I saw a couple of reviews mentioning that the bracket didn't support the head sufficiently, but I don't have any issue with that whatsoever, so maybe some people received defective ones, or maybe Aquarius improved the design since then. I initially tried taking out the water restrictor, but what's shown in the instructions doesn't match what I actually saw when looking in the shower head (the instructions say to poke out a white plastic thing, but the only thing I could poke out on mine was a black rubber o-ring.) So I decided to just leave it alone. The pressure is fantastic as-is so it's a moot point. Other than that, installing this shower head was about as simple as you'd expect if you ever installed a shower head before. It takes a couple of minutes, requires no tools, and the teflon tape is included. It's about as simple a DIY project as you could hope for. Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that this thing lasts a good many years. I'm already looking forward to using it again!

This shower head is awesome. Adjustments are easy. No leaks. Had it for a couple months and works great.

This shower head is stylish and has a very long cord making it handy to use. I also like the straight, vertical, manner the shower water is delivered rather than a slight angle that you see in most showers. This allows you space to step out from under the shower stream if you need. The six different settings make for a relaxing experience, too. The only reason I marked installation as a 4 instead of five was that we had trouble with the plumbing tape slipping around a bit as we installed it and could not get the entire piece of tape covered with installation to the point water would not leak but after time, the tiny bit of exterior tape has settled into the grooves, and you don't notice it. To be honest, it was probably our installation technique. It was super easy to just unscrew the old head, wrap the pipe with tape, and then screw back on. We were just clumsy with the tape. NOTE: You will need a wrench to get that tight fit, and be sure to use a towel while tightening so you don't scratch the beautiful, polished exterior.

Have not had this shower head for too long but so far, so good. The finish is beautiful, I needed a brass finish and this seems to be good. The extra long hose is good and bad, it gives you extra room but if you drop the hand held unit, it might break, I'm not sure. It does have several different settings which all work fine, the water pressure is great too. The head also has a swivel on it which is nice. Lifetime warranty is also a plus.

At the seller's request I am adding comments to note that in my opinion this product offers the most value for the money. Excellent quality for both the hand held shower head and the flexible hose. The parts are designed to perform flawlessly. One has to see it to believe it. The product package protects the shower head bronze finish and its connections very nicely, it would be very difficult for the product to get damaged in transit... I had a previous bronze finish shower head that I purchased from Home Depot. I had to replace it because the hose broke at the point of attachment to the hand held shower head, I doubt this would be the case with this one. To install this new showerhead took me but a few minutes, very easy to do and the installation did not require any tools, plenty of Teflon tape left. I am very pleased with this purchase, like I said before, you are getting the most value for the money.

Very happy with my purchase! Affordable price, fast delivery and very nice quality Shower Head ( sleek design too). The installation was super easy, took me about 10 minutes to do it myself( for a female- FYI). My shower has a water filter, which doesn’t make it very appealing , but the health benefits are more important to me. What I like the most about my new shower head is it’s direct flow, and that the water doesn’t spray all over off my shower walls anymore! I really appreciate spending significantly less time wiping it down after I’m done. Highly recommend this showerhead to anyone! PS: I even received a courtesy follow-up email from the company. They wanted to make sure that I’m happy with my purchase... “ Thank you guys, I am very happy!”

After 25 years, my very expensive Grohe handheld shower head decided to crack along the side and spew water everywhere. During a pandemic. Fine. Shop Amazon and find something to replace it. My options are limited, right? So, I found this shower head and it looks pretty good. It even has a new hose. I don’t need a new hose, but, still...Better yet, it also came complete with plumbers tape, Teflon tape, whatever you want to call it. Grab a strap wrench, remove Grohe shower head, clean threads on the hose, wrap new Teflon tape and screw on the new shower head. I swear, I like this shower head much better than the old one. Even with the flow restrictor, the water pressure is excellent. The different settings are wonderful. Cheap hand set for the win!

Good quality product, easy to install. 3 main settings- one with lots of water, gets shampoo out of long hair. I am happy with my purchase ❤️

I love this shower head. The setting dial is easy to turn and you can notice the difference in the shower streams. The beautiful brass color has maintained it's shine. Looks fab!!

This hand held shower head is wonderful and a great necessity as unfortunately I broke my ankle and needed to be able to shower while sitting on a shower chair. My husband loved the different shower options which made it an enjoyable and a big difference overall. Highly recommend this product.

This appears to be a well made product. And it is. But be warned, the shower hose is longer than your average shower hose. In our case, it hung down so far, it got tangled into the shower valve. If for whatever reason you need to reach the far corner of you tub on a regular basis, this might be the shower for you.
