These worked fine for me. I happened to already own a set of small screwdrivers so I used one of those. I agree with other reviews that say the included screwdriver might be tough to use. I'm writing this review to give you one hint.... Pushing the 8mm COB light strip into the connector is difficult, as the light strip is sort of spongy and it wants to pop back out. What I found worked REALLY well was to find a nice, square edge that I could push the connector up against and shove the COB light strip into it while I tighten the screws. This allowed me to hold it firmly in place until the screws were tightened. In my case, I was putting the light strips above and below kitchen cabinets, so I used a carving board shoved up against the tile backsplash on my kitchen counter. See photo below.

Terrible quality. Can’t connect the wire well, very easy to loose. I bought 2 bags, most half of them not working. ! Don’t waste your money.

Was a little hesitant to buy this adapter, but after using it on some model buildings that I had for a train system. The product was easy to work with and the strip of LEDs cut easily and the adapter made it easy to connect so I would recommend that if you’re doing LED strips, this would be a way to go for power connections

Works fine. I wish the screws were just a bit larger to have more holding power. But otherwise these connectors are very effective and fairly easy to use.

This product makes a lot of sense when you buy a generic long stretch of tape lights and need to cut and splice it into smaller portions for your particular installation. Recommend.

These were so easy to use on my led light strips that I have along with my wall!

They work, and are better than most I have tried, but they are still awful. The screw is a single point, that pushed on what looks like bubblegum wrapper tinfoil, instead of a jaw closing, and will push the LED strip out, more often than making a secure connection. They do not work well with the COB type LEDs (even tho they reccomend these connectors for them) because the raised section of LED coloring in the middle is higher than the space allowed for the strip to slide in (and if you cut that to thinner you make it shine a different color). I am getting more of these for another install, but only because I cant find a "good" connector still.
