Bought as a gift. Was happily surprised with how great it looks. Looks fantastic, works like it should, very light weight. Also turned up weeks before it was supposed too with customization.

Poor quality, cheaply made
Looks cheap, picture not clear on pendant, have returned, a better design would be to have watch face other way up, as when wearing as a necklace, lift to view time, the watch face would be correct way to view time. Very long chain and clasp quite stiff. Idea of watch necklace is good but needs improvement !!

Could be a lot better
Watch feels a bit cheap, the catch for opening the front feels like it could be more robust. Description also says the watch comes with a spare battery and gift bag, it doesn't. Watch was completely flat when it arrived and I'm now waiting for a new battery before I can use it.
