Fantastic product. Comes with a nice, sturdy mason jar, a silicon spatula, a cloth cover, and a feeding tracker. I’m a newbie to the world of sourdough but I was able to get a thriving starter in just 7 days. Great for sourdough beginners.

The capacity is only 650ml The jar itself is ok but lid is flimsy. I think it is overpriced.
