This ultrasonic cleaner is very impressive. Aside from the fact it looks very elegant and feels well made it is also a very good size meaning you are able to clean a much larger variety of items and accessories than you would do in the smaller sized ultrasonic cleaners. Its very easy to use (just add water and select your settings) and the results are incredible. It can clean variety of different items (coins, keys, dental equipment, jewellery, glasses and so much more) and can do all this in less than 10 minutes. I previously had a smaller ultrasonic cleaner which was very good however due to the size, design and 42000Hz sound wave frequency cleaning this model boasts this one is much better. If you are looking for a high quality effective and well made ultrasonic cleaner then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this model as its definitely good value for money.

The reason I stress the word 'proper' in the title, is that there are a lot of imitation 'ultrasonic' cleaning baths on the Amazon website. Those cheap devices are usually battery operated and simply contain a DC motor, driving a spindle with an offset weight at the end. Spinning the motor causes the liquid inside the bath to vibrate, just as the same kind of device causes your mobile phone to vibrate. The LifeBasis CDS-100 on the other hand, is a genuine 'proper' Ultrasonic Cleaner. It contains a 44kHz ultrasonic generator in the base, which causes cavitation inside the cleaning bath liquid. This cavitation caused millions of microscopic bubbles to form and burst inside the cleaning fluid, creating a gentle, but very efficient cleaning effect. If you have never used an ultrasonic bath cleaner before, you will be very impressed with how well they clean all kinds of things, from earrings, necklaces, watch straps, shaver heads, cosmetic brushes. If you are new to these kinds of machines, just be aware that they work best using distilled water containing a small amount of cleaning solvent. There are different solvents for different types of items you wish to clean. For example, reading/sun glasses have a specific solvent, to break down body oil. The reason I went with the LifeBasis CDS-100 was because Lifebasis specialise in manufacturing these kinds of devices. So they know what they are doing. The CDS-100 is a lovely, compact unit. The bath can accommodate two pairs of reading glasses, or a single pair of 'aviator' style sunglasses. It comes supplied with a watch holder arch, to allow you to clean the strap of a water resistant watch. Although, if your watch is guaranteed waterproof, you can safety place the whole watch straight inside the bath liquid. The CDS-100 has multiple cleaning cycle durations, from 1 minute to 10 minutes and a cooling fan to help the ultrasonic generator run efficiently. The machine produces a very distinct buzzing noise while running, but is not noisy. For any gents that have never used this kind of cleaner before, you will be amazed at how clean your shaver heads come out. But you may need to add a few drops of something like Wahl cutter oil on to the heads after an ultrasonic clean, as the cleaner is very effective.

Works well for ultrasonic cleaning of my wristwatch collection. Gets the dirt out of the bracelet links like nothing else. Also great for cleaning spectacles. Only negative is that water can sometimes get behind the gel cover over the control buttons which stops them for working until fully dried out.

I am happy with this large size ultrasonic cleaner , much better than the small one I had before. it is super for cleaning toothbrushes , denture and even jewellery. very easy to use! useful product.

Only tested a watch strap and it seemed to help remove some old dirt so that’s good for me. Haven’t tested much more but I’m happy with the build quality and clear instruction manual making simple to operate. It does make a little noise but not too much. I haven’t seen it smoke like some users have been mentioning in their comments. Overall good device that’s affordable.

I bought this ultrasonic cleaner machine for myself and for my shop. I wear major accessories every day and they wear out over time. Also, all this jewelry gets dirty. I want them to be cleaner and brighter now. I bought this machine to see if it would work and put it in my shop. I am currently using it in my shop because I have many of my customers use this cleaner and they are happy. In addition, I do the cleaning of some products in my shop thanks to this machine. I needed to find a way to safely remove wear, cracks, dirt and grime from all jewelry or vehicles. I looked for a cleaner that was worth £40-50 but looked cool and worked and bought this. (I like products that look cool because people like it when they see it and that makes me happy) I tried it now and my jewelry looks brand new! This device is very easy to use. I like that it automatically turns off after I clean my jewelry so I don't have to worry about cleaning it and possibly damaging my jewelry. I thought it would be noisy and worried that customers in the shop might be disturbed but luckily there is no noise while cleaning my jewelry. This uses ultrasound waves to deep clean the jewelry and make it shine beautifully. This can also clean glasses and mouth guards. It also cleans and polishes moldy screws, old cutlery sets and many similar products. This machine has several keys and a digital display that makes operation super simple. There is an easy-to-read digital display. What should not be added is clean water and if you want, you add a few drops of special cleaner. You set the timing according to the product and start it. It stops automatically when it expires.

Less effective than I had hoped.

Simple to use, high quality product for the price. It does cleaning very well. Using it for spectacles, jewellery; could see the difference very clearly. Thank you.

I’m very happy with this ultrasonic jewellery cleaner. It’s easy to use and cleaned my rings and earrings beautifully. They look shiny and new again after just one cycle. Great value for money and highly recommend!

In product details say, that product for EU power standart 220V AC, but product which was delivered was for US standarts 110V AC. Also it work not as described. It clean with bad quality. Not recommend to buy this product
