Easy to use
A great product,very easy to install. It works well for my table saw

These are great switches. I have several of them in strategic places. Nice big switch to turn it off

Big but works well.
This thing works as you'd expect and definitely is a good replacement for an old worn out switch. It's well made and easy to operate. Just be aware that it is way larger than most original equipment switches making it very visible and easy to reach. The one downside of that might be finding a spot to locate it on your tool. I had to attach it to the right side of my table saw as it would not fit where the old switch was. Not a big deal but helps to know in advance as you plan. If your'e buying a replacement switch like this you probably know how to DIY it into place anyway.

Essential safety device
This was purchased to fix to a portable router table. The router plugs into the short cable and the longer end goes to the wall. I would consider it, or at least something similar, as essential for this type of tool where in the case of an accident you would need to reach under the table and fumble for a small on/off switch which if you are entangled in the bit or injured may not be easy. The OFF switch works as designed with the large paddle cutting power without much pressure or movement required. It does protrude quite a distance outward from the mounting surface which may be an issue if you are working close to the machine and bump into it accidentally. In addition the mounting surface is plastic which could be broken if moving a machine around.

Would not turn off
Installed this switch on my new table saw, after I turned on the saw the switch started arcing and shorting out. I could not turn off the saw without unplugging it. Was an extremely dangerous situation. I could not get a replacement but I did get a refund from Amazon and bought a powertec switch instead. The switch felt inadequate for a piece of machinery and more like it belonged on a kids toy
