How can I confirm if the U200 smart lock fits my door?

To ensure compatibility, please check your lock cylinder thickness, key thickness, and the distance from the cylinder center to the door edge before purchase.

Why can't the lock turn or calibrate properly?

Please ensure the correct adapter is selected from the 9 included sizes and that the lock body is firmly secured to the door using the provided adhesive pads if needed.

Why does my lock's adapter feel loose and fail to operate properly?

Before installation, ensure the adapter matches your tailpiece shape. An incorrect fit—even if installed—may leave the lock cylinder improperly seated, causing motor failure and operational issues.

Why is my smart door lock unable to connect to the hub or app?

For Matter-over-Thread devices, ensure: 1) You are using an 2-in-1 Matter Controller & Thread Border Router 2) Your router supports IPv6 3) Your phone and hub are on the same local network during setup. If issues persist, restart your hub and router.

Is this a Wi-Fi-enabled smart lock?

No. It utilizes the Matter over Thread networking protocol and requires a compatible Matter-and-Thread-enabled smart hub (such as the Aqara M3 Hub) for network integration.
